So I went to Chevrolet.com & put in what I was looking for. It showed that your dealership had it so I sent an email requesting a quote. The next morning Guy sent me a quote & told me you were closed for Mardi Gras but would be in contact with me. Wednesday I spoke with Dean around 9:30am & asked him to get me a drive out price & to see if he could get me the 0% interest. I also informed him that I was coming from Texas & couldn't come until Saturday. He told me he would find out what we needed to do to hold the vehicle until then. Around 1pm he called me back & gave me a total price & that 0% was good to go & that he was given permission to put a sold tag on the vehicle! We arrived Saturday to get the car & was greeted with nothing less then professional polite people! The finance department was slammed so Dean got with the GSM Rick & asked him to help speed up the process. Rick went over the numbers with me & I signed my paperwork while Dean drove around with my 4 boys on a golf cart! Once all my paperwork was done Dean went over the vehicles equipment with me & showed me how everything worked! My experience with your dealership was more then FIVE stars...it was TEN! Very much worth the 2 hour drive & the time we had to wait to sign papers! The whole experience was simple, relaxed & the easiest car deal I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing! THANK YOU GUY, DEAN, RICK & SERVICE CHEVROLET!!!

Before actually taking a look at the receipt his first response to me was I don't have the cash to do a return. My response to Shane was if you were to look at the receipt you would see that I paid for this item with a credit card. Since it was purchased online 3 days ago. Then he tells me I don't know if I'll be able to do a credit. My response to Shane was that I'll have to get with either his manager or j contact someone in your corporate office and ask him why the employees can't do credits for items purchased online/with credit card. Once I mentioned this he's not knowing how to do his job changed. supposedly knowing how to do a credit disappeared. He was able to take care my credit quick fast and in a hurry. But this does not make up for the funky attitude. One that someone in management or corporate needs the address. Shane needs to realize he comes to work to work not just stand around and do nothing, not stand in the back of the store and talk to coworkers. He comes to work to work plain and simple. If he didn't want to do that on this particular day he should have stayed his butt home.
