I can confidently say that's not the case with Outlaw. I've been overly satisfied with every experience there which has led me to purchase two Harley's (within 14 months) from Outlaw. My sales guy Jerry has always taken the time to answer all of my question and provided his honest professional opinion regarding bike fitting (it's a thing). Of course, when buying from a dealership, there always back and forth negotiation, but I've always felt I've got a fair deal. Stop in and see Jerry for next time you're on the hunt for a new ride. Here's a great example of the outstanding service and while I'll continue to be an Outlaw customer. On the trip to Sturgis this year, I trailered my bike and unfortunately during transport, my brother's bike next to mine shifted loosening the straps which rubbed against my saddle bag causing several decent sized scratches. I stopped by Outlaw to see if they recommend someone for body work. Instead, they had their detail/delivery guy Shaun take my bike back to see what magic he could work. He spent a good 30 minutes buffing the scratches out of my bike and they didn't charge me a dime. I definitely wasn't expecting that to be on the house. (I tipped Shaun because he did an outstanding job.) Another example: My passenger foot pegs kept falling down while riding. There's a small spring (or some small part) that's not covered under the factory warranty. The service guy Scott bough the small parts for me and installed them himself. I could continue to write a novel and call out most of the staff, but I have to end this somewhere. Shout out to Chris and Andy in parts, Maddy in Motorclothes for the stellar service.

If you're looking for a new bike any of the salespeople are great to work with, but I'd especially recommend Jerry Lynch. He's been a stand-up guy in the business for many years. And even if you're not looking to buy a bike, their events are always a good time to check out.

Before we arrived on Saturday morning, their representative explicitly stated via text that they were honoring her exact prior deal layout and that all her previous service contracts (10-year warranty, maintenance, windshield, GAP) were fully included in a flat total price layout of $40,821.79. We did not prompt or demand this addition; their representative volunteered it in writing, and I texted back to confirm it multiple times. The moment we signed preliminary paperwork and went to the finance office, they pulled a classic bait-and-switch. They stated the contracts were not included and demanded an extra $8,000+, bringing the vehicle price to over $48,000.When confronted with the clear text log, Sales Manager Jake Bartshe tried to lie his way out of it, claiming it was a "miscommunication" and that he meant the contracts were included in a monthly payment, which completely contradicts the flat total layout discussed in the texts. When we refused to accept an arbitrary $8,000 markup on an agreed deal, they asked us to leave. Do not trust this dealership's written word.

    When I arrived for my appointment today an employee waited 24 minutes to call me and tell me that…read morethey would not be able to do the service because I needed two tires replaced. I then said to please go ahead and replace the two tires with the same brand that is currently on my car so that I could get all tires balanced and rotated. I made my way to the autocare desk and sat down in case they had any more questions or problems. As I am sitting down the MANAGER and another technician are talking about how they aren't going to balance and rotate my tires and how they are just going to place new tires on the vehicle. I listen to them continuously talk negatively about me for 4 minutes before I stand up and tell them that they are talking about me. The technician immediately tries to save face and explain to me the "problem" with just replacing two tires. I politely asked for my keys back and told them that I would not be getting serviced by them due to their unprofessionalism. Its very unfortunate that these autocare technicians have a manager who doesnt care about the customers and is only interested in providing "services" that are of higher price than what the customer originally asked for. If they were willing to do this to me then I am sure they would do it to you as well.
