They had prior approval to replace the Starter and/or Alternator if necessary. They called me at work a few hours later. It turns out that both the Starter and Alternator were fine and it was just a battery cable. I appreciate the honesty and finding out the repair needed was minor compared to what I thought it was. I have now had three good experiences with Duck Creek. I will definitely be back if and when I have another issue. I really trust these guys.

Yes, your oil change be cheaper versus going to a dealership , but you must first decide if it's worth the hassle! Any parts place I've ever bought a battery from have at least always offered to install it. I installed it myself. Had problems with the battery recently. He put the tester on the battery and told me my problem was the starter. I already knew better than that because the Honda dealer had done a full test, starter and alternator were fine. Had the battery tested two other places and they both said the battery was bad. Not even going back. Bought a new battery elsewhere, ended up eating a $205.00 dollar battery that was only 3 months old. Will never stop here again for anything.
