The windshield had a nick not visible on photos. They didn't bother to detail the car. Fees that were agreed to be waived were not waived. Service records that were requested were not provided. My husband and I are both professionals and it was highly disappointing to not be met with a level of respect and honesty to which we are accustomed. Instead, this was the classic greasy used car salesman cliche. It's unfortunate that so much time, energy and money was wasted to pick up a vehicle that was not as advertised. Turns out Pride Automotive buys their parts from O'Reily, which is where they ordered the part I needed. I ended up buying that same exact part from O'Reily Auto Parts that Pride bought from them after they returned it, only for $150 less than what they were trying to sell to me. Labor expenses sounded pretty decent but I'm not sure if they were trying to over charge me because I'm a new customer???? Or if they do that to all costumers.... I ended up saving over $300 by buying the part and doing it myself.
