Well my wife bought a rotor online for $65 and ended up not needing it. Well she returned it to this location on Columbia. Big mistake. They tried only returning $32 of it. Well the kid returned it without telling her she was getting screwed for 50% of the return. Well the guy who was in charge had no idea what to do about getting her the full refund. We were going to purchase $50 headlights for her car, but not now. These two guys just kept making excuses I've and over about her money. She bought front and back brakes and the rotor online with a 20% off coupon. How can you have a key carrier who does not know how to do his job and fix messed up returns. Now we have to go back there tomorrow and have a Manager fix this problem. They rolled their eyes at my wife. I'm pretty pissed about this.
