The very friendly staff here suggested we try to look up if it was under warranty. I didn't have a receipt or anything but they were able to call the store that I bought it at and I got a new wiper for free because it was still under warranty. They went the extra mile for me and I really appreciate it!

Then when I finally got them, they are the wrong rims, they lost my custom socket for the lugs and didn't do the work correctly. While in, I asked them to fix my tail pipe. I was charged for the repair in which I then had to go elsewhere to have it fixed correctly. I'm still waiting for a socket for my rims. No return calls ever from these people. I cannot believe they have lasted this long in business with the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism. I would never take a vehicle here again and recommend that no one else does.

(Ironically, while ordering the tires Tommy complained that a lot of customers were stiffing him on special order tires, and his mother would get upset with him for trusting people). But because I didn't take it to them they couldn't prove the tires were rotated. Rotors were never replaced. They shaved down my old ones to make them look new. Why would I take my truck there to get my tires rotated when I can do them for free ? Guy at the front desk was a total Ahole. NEVER again going back to this place. Messed up my alignment as well. Didn't bother to put anti cease on the brakes between the rotor and the hub. It was ceased on so bad we had to use a sledge hammer to get it off. We live in NY. Everything rusts QUICK. Awful. Just awful. Maybe because I'm a girl they think I'm stupid. ‍
