The first time I was so excited to get my 2017 Jeep Renegade and they did everything in their power to get me in that. It was difficult because my credit was poor. But they did it!!!!! Now that my credit is good they got me into a 2018 Jeep Renegade at half of my APR was 3 years ago. Pleased with Will, Corey and Casey. You guys are the best. No need to go to any other Dealership people. Castilone is the #1 Dealership in my family

They then said that I would have to spend more money bc it may be a different problem. Any reputable dealer would have made this right. Took it to another mechanic who correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They investigated and ruled in my favor and credited the money. Now Castilone actually send me a letter threatening legal action for the money even though they are clearly in the wrong and agreed to the credit card decision. Wow! I actually welcome it. Do not go here for anything especially any repair. They have terrible mechanics and are completely untrustworthy, dishonest, and deceitful.

The very friendly staff here suggested we try to look up if it was under warranty. I didn't have a receipt or anything but they were able to call the store that I bought it at and I got a new wiper for free because it was still under warranty. They went the extra mile for me and I really appreciate it!

Then when I finally got them, they are the wrong rims, they lost my custom socket for the lugs and didn't do the work correctly. While in, I asked them to fix my tail pipe. I was charged for the repair in which I then had to go elsewhere to have it fixed correctly. I'm still waiting for a socket for my rims. No return calls ever from these people. I cannot believe they have lasted this long in business with the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism. I would never take a vehicle here again and recommend that no one else does.

But because I didn't take it to them they couldn't prove the tires were rotated. Rotors were never replaced. They shaved down my old ones to make them look new. Why would I take my truck there to get my tires rotated when I can do them for free ? Guy at the front desk was a total Ahole. NEVER again going back to this place. Messed up my alignment as well. Didn't bother to put anti cease on the brakes between the rotor and the hub. It was ceased on so bad we had to use a sledge hammer to get it off. We live in NY. Everything rusts QUICK. Awful. Just awful. Maybe because I'm a girl they think I'm stupid. ‍

I recommend being extremely cautious when looking at this dealership for anything. Service,…read morepurchases, etc. They do not communicate well. I was not able to see a single vehicle and was told it was someone else's fault within the institution. Any criticism showing how unprofessional this facility behaves will be mocked, and customers will be laughed out of the room. They clearly are not hurting for business if this is how they behave. I caution any possible current or future customers.
