When you need help they are very helpful though I do question the expertise of some of the associates. Next day my car stalled and when I took the battery back to store employee said it was a bad battery! . They didn't have another one in stock so I had to buy the next higher priced. Next day my car would not start. I had a mechanic check it out and he said my altenater was out. I more than likely didn't have a bad battery to begin with as it was a little over a year old. I called the store and manager pretty much said they sell products that customers want. Depending on who helped me they might have advised me about checking my altenater. I will never go there again. OReillys may be higher in price but they always give suggestions and take the time to really provide good service for your vehicle because they take pride in thier store and care about customers.

I walk in and get mean mugged with no hello or any type of greeting. Alright, whatever. .. so I walk to the back to pick up some oil and diff fluid when I see the same mean muggin associate looking at me and following me at the end of every isle. I walk to him and ask "did you loose something? " he says "no, i came to check if anyone was here." So I reply "oh, are you about to close?" He says "no, we close at 10" and walks away. WTF? I understand people steal and you should watch out for it but that is not the way it should be handled. Any suspected shoplifters should be approached with constant customer service. I've been an AutoZone customer for about 10 years and I have decided to give Oriely's my business.
