Dominick was very helpful. I had made a mistake by having my online order sent to my old address. He made sure that I was able to change address on my app and also gave me a 10% inconvienece discount for a mistake that I made. I've spent 20 minutes trying to find the right Auto Zone store on this website. Guess this Auto Zone is not listed with yelp. They are located at 104 So. Sanderson Ave., San Jacinto, Ca I went in because my temperature gauge was going up. I live near this store. There were only 2 employees-1 male, 1 female. The male employee assisted me. I told him I was worried about my temperature gauge. After obtaining specific information about my auto-he asked me to follow him to where the Antifreeze/collant was located. He got a gallon container off the shelf and immediately handed it to me and left. I brought the product to the counter. The female clerk completed my purchase. I asked if there was anyone who could come to my car to see if I was putting the fluid in the right vessel. She said "no, we are not allowed to do that, because we could be sued if we instructed you wrong". I NEVER got that type of response when going to Reilly Auto Parts. They are always helpful. read more

Placed an online order, when I arrived to pick it up half of my items were no in stock, I had to wait 30 minutes for the store support line to tell the associate what to do, which it was clear to me that "Tech support" had no idea what to do, now, wasted my time, now I have to go to a different store to find the parts auto zone said they had, I won't be coming back to auto zone anymore. And now I have to wait I don't know how long for a refund on my card. read more

I went in with a with heavy heart and sad wallet, and was helped out my 3 individual. I only remember to names so I wont put them out there if I can't recognize the third. Since there is no way I could do a half a star, I will give it one star. Customer service is lacking at best, no sense of urgency from any of the employees. Very unprofessional, woman (possibly manager or supervisor) at counter chastized another employee by literally yelling at him in front of customers. Guy who finally asked me what I needed had no personality whatsoever. Took my slip, walked to look for the item, came back and immediately and unapologetically said they don't have one. Mind you, what I handed him was a "hold slip" from another store who called ahead of time so they can hold the item for me. It seems "the light turned on" as he looked at the counter, saw the item and said, "oh there it is". He rang up my purchase with not a much as "anything else you need?". Very, very disappointed would be an understatement of how I felt with this store. read more

Brake lights have been out for a couple of days and finally got around to going in to get it fixed. Walking in, I was immediately given attention. The kind gentleman (didnt catch his name - sorry!) stepped outside into the hot heat to do a couple of simple light checks just to make sure nothing else was out. After removing my brake bulbs he even provided some helpful answers for other car problems I had question about. Walked back inside to pay for my new bulbs. The gentleman even came back outside to put in the new light bulbs for me - thanks! Quick, easy and painless! read more

I've had a very bad experience at this AutoZone so far I went in on 2/16 to order my partsand went in 2/18 to pick up my parts parts were still not ordered re-ordered the parts on 2/18 and they said they would be there that Saturday 2/20 and that they would call me when the parts were in never received a phone call so I went in on Saturday about 7 o'clock and they still couldn't find the parts hopefully we can get this resolve soon parts are still MIA read more

I just left this location and the Assistant Manager (Tall African American man with glasses) was the person who helped me. I went there explaining to him that a battery i purchased for my car was defective. Since i purchased it my car battery has died twice. He came outside to test the battery and confirmed it was defective. He began to say that this was not covered under the 1 year warranty that i was guaranteed. I said why not? He told me that because this battery was purchased in 2018 after i just explained to him that I purchased this battery within the year! He then told me they sold me a USED BATTERY (again without even looking anything up) and that I only had a 30 day warranty. He didnt even bother looking up my information! I had to ask him to look up my information. When he did I saw the confused look on his face. I asked him what the date was that I got the battery he said November 2019 (within the year like i told him). He then said that he couldnt take the battery out because it would snap the screw and blah blah blah. He said if i got the battery out and brought it to them he would be more than happy to replace it. This is by far the worst AutoZone i have ever been to. If he wasnt selling me anything he wasnt willing to help. I will never return to this location and recommend others dont either. read more

Every time I decide to go with autozone they either give me an incorrect part or a part thar clearly has been used before and they try to tell me it's new. I needed a part for my car, just ONE bulb and it was a really simple fix and the employee offered to put it in for me and ended up making all of my break lights go out. He tried telling me I needed new sockets from the dealership and that they were shot. I knew that was bs so I just went to pepboys to fix it for me and they got all of my break lights working in less than 10 min. I'll probably never go here again. Last time I got an o2 sensor here they gave me the wrong part twice. So I went ahead to napa. Autozone needs to remember they're not mechanics. They're employees to a part store. If you don't know what you're doing then don't do it. read more

I came here today to buy a battery called first was put on hold for an hour. No one got back to me until I came directly to the store when I came to the store they were nothing but rude asked for help putting it in no one came out even this place is an absolute joke honestly the workers are rude give you an attitude gave me tools to do it not one single one fit on still sitting here at the moment still waiting after an hour for some help. This AutoZone has to be the worse AutoZone ever in the history ever, I think after this terrible 2nd experience we will start shopping at Pep Boys..The first experience happened a few years back when my dad and husband went in to buy a alternator for my sons volkswagen bug and the rude guy called my house asking to speak to my husband and accusing him of stealing break pads to a honda civic which we don't even own. They had them sitting on the counter when my husband came in and they were misplaced by the workers, and later found and no apologies what so ever.. 2nd incident happened in Jan 2015 we were buying a battery for our RV it had a 2 year warranty. The battery was not holding a charge and we took it back after an hr of it being tested the 2 employees said it was good but not holding a charge, though they had to get the manager I believe his name was Jason M he was a bigger guy he checked the battery and said it said good and that he couldn't exchange it. Then he said well I will do it once but you can't come back. He knew nothing at all abt cars and my question is whys he manager ? Don't shop autozone, shop pep boys you get what you pay for. read more
