I ran over, and found Robin at the counter. The battery was waiting for me, and he grabbed the tool cart and went to my car to install it. It was a fast operation, even in the rain, and I was on my way again in about twenty minutes. It was a pleasant experience--no upsell, no push for extras. This is pretty much the same experience I've had at this Advance in the past, and will continue to visit here for my DIY auto needs.

Cons: If you are really looking and only to be fair... Parts do not come "clean", but hey their prices are fair! At the end of the day you get more than what you paid for in service and the worthiness of the parts. Love the business, now a loyal customer.

I have never been steered wrong by this NAPA store…read more No matter how obscure a part I need to keep my 1987 Olds Cutlass Cruiser on the road, they seem to have it in stock. Prices are sometimes better than one of the other auto parts stores, and are almost always genuine replacements, and not OEM equivalents. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I've had them offer to replace wiper blades, batteries and other easily changeable parts - but half the fun is doing it myself. There's a great selection of tools and aftermarket equipment for those who really like to get their hands dirty. I would highly recommend this NAPA outlet if you're a shade tree mechanic, run a large volume repair shop, or somewhere in between.

The same day I drove off with my vehicle I experienced a "jump" when you press the gas. I made them aware of the situation the same day I purchased it, they said they knew what the issue was and they can fix it in a couple weeks. A couple weeks go by they "fix" what they said the problem was but it was still jumping so I brought it to another mechanic which identified the real problem in less than 15 minutes. The transmission was bad and needed to be changed they've been promising to fix it and it's been 5 months still not fixed at this point I can't even drive it anymore no compensation or anything just my money gone so I am going to file a civil lawsuit because I was promised a 30 day warranty and it's been 5 months. I would not recommend anyone do business here it's not worth it take your money somewhere else. Your welcome.
