If I could give this fricken place zero stars I would, they had the vehicle over a month and they…read morekept giving excuses to why it wasnt done. The vehicle was taken in there and told what was wrong with it. They run the diagnostic thing and say it is a completely different part on the transmission, so it takes them a few weeks to get that part on there and then it still doesnt work. So then they say they have a whole buyer who will take the van for the price of what it cost to work on it. When asked how much that would be we were told $800. When we called saying no, that we would just pay the bill and take the vehile home. So when we get there to pay the bill is $1300 dollars and the guy was kind of rude. When we get back home and pop the hood there is no water in it, rags and oil everywhere, and the overflow tank is completely missing. So all of that had to be fixed and when the $200 part that we originally said it was, was replaced the vehicle worked. Save yourself time, tears, and energy and go somewhere else.
