This place is absolutely vile. They sold a totaled car to a good friend of mine. I'm writing this…read morereview on her behalf out of concern she will be harassed by the business. They saw a single mom come in, alone, and sold her a car worth about $1200 for over $6400. After inspecting the car, we discovered it was technically totaled (damages were over $7k) and should never have been on a lot in the first place. The entire suspension was wrecked, and the front driver's side strut was actually broken *in half.* The tires were so worn the metal belts were sticking out, except for one. She took it for an inspection and the shop informed her that she would have to fix the following things, and they didn't even catch everything. (Pictures attached for verification.) Replace air filter Replace front stabilizer links Replace lower left ball joint Replace outer left and right tie rods Replace both flex pipes In addition to this, upon further inspection by our personal mechanic, the oil was well past needing a change and leaks 2 quarts in a month! These issues cost thousands to repair and the repairs are far from complete. The people at Quick Auto didn't think twice about taking advantage of this woman. They didn't think twice about putting her child in danger by allowing her to think this car was safe. In case you're unfamiliar with these parts that needed to be replaced, the ball joint alone going out could have literally killed them. When a ball joint breaks, your tire literally pops sideways. You can imagine how lethal that can be on the highway. The ruined flex pipe is leaking exhaust directly into the cab, forcing her to drive with the windows down. That's only one of the leaks we've found so far. Avoid this place like the plague. It's just as dangerous. Edit: After doing a little more digging out of curiosity...I checked out the VIN and it appears that Quick Auto purchased this car from a salvage yard and placed it for sale on their lot. Unbelievable.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Quick Auto. They will place a tracking device on your vehicle…read more Just spoke with the secretary there and she said it was " Normal for the finance companies that they use to do so." To me, this is a clear violation of Privacy. Secondly, while I was there, she also mentioned that the Manager would not be there until tomorrow. You mean to tell me that no one else is able to make a decision or to answer a question should one arise? They are nothing more than a legal loan sharking business that PREYS on the consumer who may have a troubled credit past.
