Not that I haven't shopped at other stores I just try to support my friend's company. This location has all of the products for sale that most every other one has. The reason I gave this location 5 stars is based solely on the staff. I have bought parts from this store, when needed, for over 8 years now and without exception every employee has been exceptional. The folks that work here are always very helpful and tend to go out of their way to help. They have all been very knowledgeable about any of the work I have done on my vehicles even going so far as to offer tips when applicable. I found out today that they offer a "price match" on their parts. This does not apply to parts online, only parts from a physical store. If you are a do it yourselfer or are wanting to become one, you should give this place a try and don't hesitate asking questions about installation.

He even let us take the item out of the box and try on the car ourselves before purchasing. So nice. he went beyond the call of duty to assist his customers. Their training must be outstanding. They shop was very well laid out and clean. They also gave us zip ties to hook the item to the car so that it didn't flop on us free of charge. This place is great. The SUV I bought last year is missing the antenna and part of the antenna base assembly. It was all…read morethere when I bought it, but the base broke at some point. My boss said he sees glue remnants on the part that is still attached to the roof, which indicates someone broke the base before I bought it, and it eventually fell off. Ever since I noticed it was broken a few months ago, I've been trying to find the antenna assembly at a decent price. I found it online for about $150 or more, but kept an eye on several salvage places in the area using their online databases. I finally found it recently at one in Greenbrier. That's a bit of a drive for me, and they are only open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM, the same hours I am at work in Nashville. The guy I spoke to at TN Auto Salvage offered to see if one of their drivers would deliver it, and he found someone. I called them day before yesterday and today someone delivered it to me. They charged $45 for the antenna and base assembly, which they removed from the car for me, and another $10 for delivery. EXCELLENT service. I would highly recommend doing business with them if they have what you need.
