Love this place! An app instead of a stupid window sticker, genius.

The line for the auto wash was about 10 cars long each so I did the self wash and that was easily the worst decision of my day. The timer only gives you 2 minutes so it takes at least 2 attempts for each step ($2 each) and the dryer is useless. I spent $8 on drying alone and my car is still dripping. The soap also left some gross residue on my car and is covered in spots, streaks, and distinct outlines from where all the water dripped down. I didn't even waste my time on the vacuums so I made it out of this car wash $20 poorer and my car is worse off than when I came in. To top off the already horrible experience, all the soap piles up on the ground and stained my favorite white shoes. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else! read more

I always get a great wash from the auto washer; the convenience of the locations allows me to get great wash on the way to work or the weekends. The monthly subscription is well worth the money. read more

I live close so it would be awesome if I could run up and give our dog a bath which I've tried to do but their dog washes have issues about 80% of the time. What is really nice about it is; there is no one EVER on sight to help and they refuse to answer the phone. Brand new car wash and it's already a "you know what"...! You can go there just know you'll most likely pay, the wash will not work and you'll have to go back home to wash your pet. I wouldn't waste my time... read more

Have been using this place since moving to Denver in February. They have double charged me 4 times and will only credit me back for 1 of the 4 times! Watch your account cause they don't! I have definitely made use of the monthly program. It is a great setup and the automatic was does a great job. I am happy with my experiences. The only flaw is that when I signed up with a promotional $3 off monthly it did not apply it. read more

15$ for the best wash and my car isn't clean. I get a 'free' vacuum with it. So I'm thinking OK. The timer for the vacuum then turns off 1/2 way through my car. I hope that a competitor from South Denver comes up here that offers free vacuuming and actually gets your vehicle clean. read more

Mediocre at best. I only rinse the mountain sludge off my car. They also need mirrors to see where you're driving your wheels into on the automatics. Edit: adding the fact that the vacuum times out after they tell you that you get free vacuum use with a high end wash. It obviously takes me more than a few mins to vacuum my SUV with a weekend's load of dirt in the carpet. Many other washes in the Denver area have free vacuums. read more

I enjoy my monthly membership. It's a nicely maintained facility with effective equipment. I especially like the dog washing stations because Wally is a handful in the bathtub. The platforms are at a comfortable height. And they provide a safe environment to wash the pup. One suggestion would be to include towel hooks on the wall. Used to love this company, but recently everything has been horrible. Dog wash is always messing up or out of order, lines are ridiculously long and take an hour or more and the soaps are sometimes missing. I hate driving to one and end up driving home because of these reasons. Waste of time and money on the membership since I can never even use it. Very disappointing. Usually go for the dog wash but I bought a membership because I spend 30+ dollars washing my dog so I think it's a good deal and usually a super clean. Took my dog today and started rinsing him and notice the water was way to hot the shampoo was a lot cooler so I put that on him to cool Him down and my boyfriend went to go get the guy to turn it down and he said that he couldn't and it has to be at 100 which Is fine but it was way to hot to wash my dog and he could change it back once we were done. So I called instead and told her everything and she said she would text him and to try the other dog wash. Two other people were in there and they said that there water was to hot as while and the asked the guy to turn it down and he told them no. I called again and she just gave me the same answer so I asked for a manager and she said she was the supervisor and I said okay so you need to find a way to contact them and tell the employee to turn the water down because I can't wash my dog and he has shampoo all over and she said I recommend you rinse him as quick as possible which pissed me off so I told her to have someone higher than her to contact me because this has been an issue multiple times but it's never been this hot I'm just super disappointed read more

This car wash did an excellent job on our Lincoln MKT. It even cleaned the back trunk nicely which other car washes have not.

I can't believe how many people write negative reviews because they couldn't line up their car with the sensor. I've never had an issue with that so far. I think those people just don't know how to drive a car. I love that this is open 24/7 and the best part is the flexibility. I can do a quick automatic wash or choose to do it myself with one of the manual car wash bays. That's exactly what I needed in case I wanted to do a full detail at home. Then there's free air and free vacuuming AND one free detail a year plus discounts on some great products. Their showroom location was much more impressive than I expected, plus I thought it was great to hear they sometimes work with Wounded Warriors. A program I'm also involved with from time to time. Autowash is amazing!!!! I have been a member since they first started offering memberships and it's been awesome! I get to wash my car at a super clean, very well kept car wash as often as I want, my dog gets a bath whenever she needs one and i can't express how impressed I was with their new detail center. All the employees were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, even though they are still pretty new at detailing. The detail shop itself is beautiful, very clean and very welcoming. The owner and the employees took the time to explain every aspect of the detail, walk me through everything they had done when I went to pick up my vehicle and even showed me the entire shop!! Best car wash around. The touch free process mixed with their formula of real soaps instead of corrosive chemicals is amazing. My car comes out of the automatic wash sparkling and stays that way longer than any other wash I've had. If there's a line, it's well worth the wait and steeper price for the high end wash. I normally take my dog and my 3 kids to pet I unleashed- which is awesome- but then my kids run around trying to eat rawhide while I'm bathing my dog, and I have to keep my dog away from other dogs since he doesn't play well with others. This self contained room is the answer to those problems! They are working out some kinks with their conditioner & shampoo formulas and you need to know to switch the dial back and forth for whatever product you want, but there's different pressures of water as well as regular shampoo, flea shampoo, and conditioner. The dryer worked awesome and the staff promptly responded to my phone call when I did have an issue and made it right. This place is locally owned, and they take your suggestions to heart. Also, it's 24 hrs so if you are lying in bed stressing over your next day to do list, get a head start by washing your dog in 10 min flat! read more

Autowash is the BEST! Sure there are a few minor things I would like different BUT, it's the ONLY place I go to get our cars washed (so far)! Best part, it's 24/7, well lit, clean, large bays, very well detailed directions/instructions with audio to, my fav is their auto dryer EVEN in the self service bay (hello u can't bet that y'all), the soap/chemicals (good smell to), doggie wash area, vending machine of auto goodies, great suction with the vaccums, WONDERFUL automatic wash (The BEST in fact, gets in between the emblems). Their app is fantastic, even has a game to play and deals/coupons. You JUST GOTTA subscribe to their monthly wash deal it's crazy amazing AND u get extra discounts on showroom detailing, etc!!! They have detail showrooms to take your auto for EVEN more beautification that is reasonably priced for the market BUT has the BEST customer service EVER! If you can't tell I'm a HUGE fan of this place & the owners story of how they started #heartwarmin I hope to be a fan for a long time and hope y'all become one to! It may just seem like a car wash to some but maintaining your vehicle IS important and it starts with just the smallest of maintenance to keep the big $$$ in check! read more

I love the value of the unlimited membership however this place has just gotten too busy and unless you go very late at night you will be waiting for a very long time. Sometimes the wait is over an hour which is ridiculous. Love the wash, hate the wait. read more
