If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! I actually live in Livermore and drive out to Dublin just to use this location! I know there is an autopia in Livermore but this one is way better! I've taken my Jeep Wrangler here twice and got the works wash each time (which is only $30) and today I brought it in after a long road trip with it covered in bugs. Not only did they make it spotless and beautiful again but they also greeted me by my name! I was a little taken back at first but then he mentioned that by my license plate they keep track of their customers and which washes they get each time. I thought that was so awesome and felt very welcomed and I will definitely continue to come to this location! read more

Worst car wash that I've ever had. They made no effort at all. The interior was still completely dirty.

It is not bad. I went there at 8:00AM and out by 8:40AM, not many cars there. They did ok job, except that the front of the car had lots of insects (I was back from a 2500 miles trip) and they did a poor job cleaning it. After I pointed out ( I hope I do not have to do that), they work on it and the result was okish. Anyhow, other parts of the car was washed clean, got to given them credit for that. Another thing is that I chose 3 wax instead of 1, and was told that wax was spray onto the car during the initial wash. Not sure there is much difference besides the price (about $3). Great Job at a Fair Price Paid $22 (not including tip) for the "Super Wash" which was the lowest cost option. You get out of the car and the attendant drives it through the car wash tunnel. You go pay inside and wait for your car to be ready. My hatchback car was medium dirty upon arrival, it had light dirt/dust and tree pollen on the exterior, inside it had a decent amount of dog hair and dog lick marks on the windows. - Exterior wash was good, no dirt/dust or tree pollen remaining. The car emerged with no scratches or damage. They taped down the rear wiper on my hatchback to make sure it would not get damaged in the wash. The tape did not leave any marks on the car. - Windows cleaned inside and out. - Interior vacuumed. - Inside of doors cleaned to remove kick marks. - Dashboard and interior dusted/cleaned. - Tires and rims cleaned. - Exterior dried with no water spots. Took about 20 minutes start to finish. For the $22 price (not including tip) I was very happy with the wash and it was exactly what I expected. I will take my car to Autopia in Dublin again. read more

I took my truck into this place. I paid 55$ for them to do a horrible job and lose my antenna for my radio. Now I have to drive across country with no radio and a dirty truck. Luckily I am moving to Dallas so I will have other options for a car wash. read more

My husband and I purchased the membership here and it was a hassle every time we brought one of our vehicles. They kept changing the information in the system which made it difficult to use the discount offered on our other cars. They don't clean the cars well there are always crumbs left in very apparent places and a bunch of water drips all over the place. Canceled membership and will be going down the street! read more

Crappy car wash... I will never ever go here again. Not Only did they do a half ass job they accused me of not pain when I had two receipts showing that I paid and even tipped extra. How embarrassing in front of all the other customers. Yelling at me like I'm a criminal. Went to the Dublin location to wash car. While moving my belongings to back of the Matrix, I notice my phone was not where I left it which I assumed my wife must of picked up the phone because she was helping move our belongings to the rear of the car. After paying for the wash I asked my wife for my phone which she replied "I do not have your phone". The car was already in the the automatic car wash. When the car was finished I started looking for my phone which was no where to be found. This place is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Oh the car still had bird waste on the roof and I had to wait for them to run it through again. read more

I been going here for a long time know. I even have the monthly pass. I took my son's car their on Thursday morning and asked for air fresher jasmine and they didn't put any in. I also watched them not clean the back window inside. I didn't complain I just went around the corner and finished the job myself. I don't recommend this place at all. The staff that cleans the cars are more interested in reading what's on their phones than cleaning cars. Find another car wash to go too. read more

I have had the VIP membership for about two years now. I get my car washed weekly and really enjoy the care these guys take to make sure my car looks great. Javi is the best!!! Always takes care of me. Today they were a little busy and I let him know I had to rush to make a meeting. He immediately helped me out by getting my car in and out fast so I could make my meeting. I can't speak to others' experiences, but I just took my car there for the basic $25 inside/outside wash. The guy that started the process was very friendly, and didn't try to upsell me for more expensive options. It took about 20 minutes, and the inside looked very good. Last two places I went to didn't clean the cup holders and center console bins; this place did. That's 5 stars in my book. read more

I came here the other day to get my car washed and detailed. I'll never come back again. After my car was done the man stood there like he was waiting for me to tip him. The Dublin location does a terrible job every single time I wash there I always have to point dirty spots they missed or spots not dry which cause water spots. I have been to their other locations in Livermore and Newark/Fremont and they do leave the car spotless. I hope management looks into this as I might just end up finding another place. read more

To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I paid for there $40 deluxe wash for my F-150 and it was the biggest waste of money. When inspecting my truck it looked like they didn't vaccine half of the car and they didn't bother to even wipe down the interior, as there was still dirt on the doors and the dash. Don't bother wasting your money, you are better off going through a gas station car wash, it will cost you a fraction of the price and will look exactly the same as this place. read more

I have gone to Autopia's before in Fremont and Livermore but this was my first time going to the one in Dublin and my experience wasn't as nice as the other ones. My car wash was just okay, nothing special. The other ones add scented pads to the bottom so your car smells great for weeks but even though I ended up getting the more expensive wash, it seemed really basic. I will just be going to the Livermore one from now on because I do love their prices. read more

First off people, do you really charge $3.75 a gallon for gasoline? You haven't changed the sign since you moved in! This facility has landscaping, nice landscaping yet you have let it go to seed. During the summer you never watered the grass and now after a couple of rains, it is overgrown. Not a good way to represent the company. OK, so I generally don't have strong feelings about car washes. Some are better than others, but I generally leave feeling, "Hey, I'm a grown up today because I got my car washed...and now the neighbors won't be able to leave me notes in the dust." Today, that all changed. I left Autopia feeling, "Wow. That was a super thorough car wash! I feel so...clean!" Not only did they wash and vacuum the normal car spots, they even pulled up my rarely used third row and washed/vacuumed it! They found lost groceries that had rolled between the trunk and the backseat (luckily, nothing perishable)! They didn't even laugh (out loud) when they found that chicken gravy rolling around in the third row! In all my car wash years, I've never had anyone pull up the third row. I have Arely to thank for that. Who is Arely, you might ask? Well, I think she is quality control for the car wash...or just a super motivated citizen. As the guys were cleaning out my car, Arely walked around it, peeked inside it, ran her fingers over edges and basically told the guys what still needed to be done. She's the one who found the third row so thank you Arely! The children I will cart around during field trips next year thank you, too. The only less than amazing thing was that they forgot the air freshener (no vanilla scent for me), but that's not enough to take away a star. For $20 (and a decent tip), I got a great deal--at coupons for the next time I need a car wash. I strongly recommend Autopia. I will be back! read more

Took my car for "The Works" wash. Not only did they get off all of the bird poop (note to self: don't park under trees), but my car hasn't looked this shiny in a long time. They also took the time to thoroughly dry the car and did an amazing job cleaning the inside. They even vacuumed and cleaned the trunk. Great attention to detail! read more

I had spots of tree sap all over my car & I tried washing my car by myself & it still wouldn't come off. They spent over 2 hours on my car with a clay bar because it wouldn't come out with just a regular wash. My car looked fantastic afterwards. The people that work here are extremely kind & helpful. I stopped by Dublin Autopia because I noticed that it was a different company than the prior car wash, which was absolutely horrible. I was met by Javier, who is a very pleasant guy and is never pushy or rude. I couldn't beat the $10 exterior wash and I honestly expected to get a car wash that like others, always has me driving home and wiping down all the dirty spots that are usually missed by people that just don't care. i really wanted to like this place. i've been going to corwood for a long time and found them to be pretty inconsistent lately. so i was finally open to trying a new place. autopia's most basic wash is $21.95 and what i found the most disappointing was they didn't even vacuum my trunk!!! i have an SUV -- isnt that standard practice to vacuum the trunk of an SUV?? on top of that, i still found large pieces of depris in my car that i picked up and threw out of the car. these are things that if they just paid a bit more attention to their work, they would notice that ---a TWIG is still in my car! very disappointed. SO glad i didn't get the monthly membership!!!! read more

Used to come to this place years ago, but it has gone downhill since. Took my car for a much needed cleaning, except they didn't vacuum out the car well! So I called and took it back, which was fine except guy argued with me and said the pet hairs wouldn't come up with the vacuum. Unm, BS because I could've done a better job with my Dyson and just didn't have time. And there was obvious sand and dirt left behind. Maybe I got the dud, but they used to be much better. read more

At the recommendation of a friend, I came here today for a car wash. I was rushed to get back to work, so when they were finished, I jumped in and drove away. Upon returning to work, I had the chance to look it over, and realized that they didn't take the mats up and vacuum under the mats, didn't vacuum the back seats, and didn't wipe out the cup holders or scuffs on the bottom of the doors. I called and they offered a complimentary vacuum if I bring it back in before the end of the week. Not impressed, I will not return. read more

Nice place. Clean, inviting, friendly and professional staff. Car was cleaned fairly well both inside and out. My wife was very impressed - for me it could have been cleaner. The bulk of the car was very clean but the details you notice when it's your own car were not done to the level it would have been done if I were doing it. For a $10 car wash I would have been thrilled, but for a $20 car wash with a $20 tip I expect to be impressed as it's now a $40 car wash. All in all I was happy and will return again. read more

I've been going to Autopia in Fremont for a while. So, I was pleasantly surprised when Dublin Car Wash closed down and Autopia Dublin opened up. I've been here four times already and all four times my car has been cleaned better than expected. Of course, you'll always find streaks in the corner of the back window as soon as you pull off the lot, but it's all good. I usually get the "Works" for $23. The service is pretty friendly, and at times, you may get a small discount (depending on who is working). They have a frequent buyer plan, however, before you get excited, the plan stinks like the onsite restrooms. If you buy 10 washes, you get one free, but here's the stupid part: the frequency of washes is tied to one vehicle, which is fine if you only own one car. So I can bring in both of my cars 5 times each and still won't get the free one unless and untill I get 10 car washes per vehicle. Not sure what difference it makes to Autopia - I mean, the net result is the same; you are buying 10 car washes. Does it matter that all 10 are not for the same vehicle? I'll be honest, this is the only reason why I rate this as a 3 instead of 4 stars. Come on Autopia, have someone with common sense or at least a highschool degree come up with your promotions and you'll see a spike in customer base. read more
