I would highly recommend this place compared to Canadian tire. at Canadian tire the prices are unreasonable and expensive, but when I got my tires fixed here they were very reasonable with their price. It was 49.99 for a tire change and they fixed my other cars windshield wipers for free! I highly recommend coming to this dealership and I definitely left with a good experience!!!!

The safety paperwork from Active Green + Ross was submitted to a Service Ontario representative which rejected it because the form was not completed correctly; an incorrect date was recorded on the document, then crossed out, and then the correct date recorded. Apparently this is not acceptable! I drove my sister here from Mississauga to retrieve "an acceptable safety form" so she could close the purchase deal. It's a trip both of us shouldn't have had to make.

I found Direct Repair through Yelp and I an so glad I did. Dougei Lankagi was amazing from the day I came in for an estimate. He knew I had to get several estimates before the moving company would pay, but he treated me like I was a long time customer. Luckily the movers did let me have Direct Repair fix my car, and Dougei was once again incredibly friendly and got my car in and out within 4 days of my calling to make my appointment. My Subaru looks brand new again, and I now have a go to place in Toronto if I ever need body work again!

As a result, I have a fair amount of automotive knowledge and can tell when I am being scammed or upsold. NEVER has this happened at this Green and Ross location. Time and time again I have fed them low hanging fruit and they've been as honest as they come. Their repair quotes are reasonable, they will not try to upsell you or tell you that something is wrong when it isn't. This is a complete anomaly in the automotive industry. The staff are courteous and will go out of their way to make your experience a good one. Finding a good mechanic is like finding a pot of gold. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car to this location.

Shawn and even the rest of the team here have been great to deal with when the car needed a fix. I would say they're honest when it comes to actually letting you know what you actually need and prices are fair here. I haven't had the experience of feeling like they were trying to upsell or add more work just to make more money like other places will do. They are actually quite the opposite. They'll take a look and update you and tell you exactly what's going on, and that transparency is something to be respected. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

The dealership said it was because of a broken gasket in the exhaust, they change it and I paid over 200 dollars. on my way home I went back and told them. Then the service manager said I have a problem with the compressor and needs to be changed. they said they will call me back after they have done the paper work with Mitsubishi Canada. they even promised to call me after a few days. They did not call me for a month and when I'm calling them they are not available. so I decided to look for a real mechanic who can do a real diagnosis of my car, and I found this placecalled Reliance Auto Mechanic. The owner was very nice to me and said, " don't worry my friend I will take care of you!" after less than 30 minutes, they found the problem and it's not the compressor! It's just a dirty throttle body and weak battery. they fixed it and in no time my car is now running smoothly!! It saved over 1500 dollars if I followed the advice of the dealership to buy a new compressor. Thank you Reliance, Fernando Gonzalvo
