Bought a 2022 Kia Forte 5 from them in 2022 and all seemed well. The usual car stuff. They try to talk you into a million things that cost more, you say no, and it's over with. In the fall of 2022 they said they had an 'amazing deal' where for only $500 we could trade in our 2022 for a new 2023. By the time we got everything sorted out, it was a few months later and that $500 turned into $3000. This isn't why I'm giving a low review though, I could have always walked away. Getting a hold of anyone in this dealership after they sell you a car is impossible. I know the front desk lady better then our salesperson because she is the only one who responds. They gave us the wrong key for our car and we had to go back and return it. I needed to know if the tires we got from the car were insured because we blew a tire in Jackson's point, they wouldn't give us the sales reps phone number, we emailed him, it's been a week later and still no response. It's a good thing we had friends nearby or we'd still be stranded there. Kia's are nice cars and the one we got was good, hence the two start review, but once they get your money, expect the customer service to go right out the window. After trying out the 2025 KiaK4 while on vacation, I realized I had met the car to replace Acura TSX (2004) --which didn't have a back-up camera or AppleCarPlay etc. This purchase was made so easy at Kia427QEW after trying a few other dealerships. We were lucky enough to have Tariq as our Sales expert. He was the perfect balance of laid-back and efficient. I already knew the car quite well, so it was right down to business with the sale. Tariq could tell that we did not want to get all bogged down with over-sell. He got the ball rolling quickly and in less than a 90mins or so, we got matched up to the exact model and colour we wished to buy. He did not force any extra things upon us. However, he did make the sale sweeter with some bonuses like matts! I did not expect this from what I hear from other buyers these days. We seemed to click, he is an asset to Kia and I hope this review gets read by any management personnel. As women purchasers of cars, my partner and myself have often been brushed-off as not having enough knowledge re: cars. Absurd, but true. Tariq showed us great respect which only leaves me with so much respect for him as well. Selling anything these days cannot be easy as we are often all Googled-up with partial information on things. Truly, this was one of the most fun experiences buying a car in my life, and I have gone through this a few times. I even re-visited the dealership unannounced with an issue and Tariq made some time to show me the solution to the problem I thought existed. I recently went in for my 3rd service on my Kia Sportage, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Issues I faced: - My appointment was at 1 PM, but I didn't get my car back until 3:50 PM -- just for an oil change. - Washer fluid wasn't topped up. - Tire pressure was left at 39-40 PSI on the dashboard. - The service reminder wasn't reset and still shows up on the next start. - And honestly, I have no way of knowing whether the rest of the service was done properly. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this service centre. read more

Don't listen to these old reviews this isn't a representation of the dealership. These group of people have been fantastic to me and I am so grateful I bought a vehicle from them. From start to finish they have been very helpful to address issues I had EVEN AFTER PICKUP! Not often do you see that from a dealership. This just goes to show that these guys are willing to go above and beyond for all their customers and I can attest to this. We went out to Kia Queensway yesterday to get a pre-certified Sportate advertised on line for a price after making an appointment and being told car was available for test drive. When we got out there, they claimed they could not find the car at all, and then told us if we wanted to pay all cash for any car, the price is $2000 over what is listed on line, and every other dealer does it that way. AVOID The experience was very "old school". Being asked not to leave for lunch (even though we were with a hungry 8 year old), being asked to sign purchase agreements before we had fully decided. Very fast-talking, high-pressure. Perhaps we should have walked away right there and then. But we were where we were and didn't want to start the whole process again. While I've had much better experiences elsewhere that were low pressure and felt more trustworthy, I put those experiences down as the possible exceptions. The problems continued, however. We purchased a 2020 Kia Soul EX (and it's a lovely car). When picking it up it was towards sunset (the time we were asked to come) and about -10 out (again, with a small child). The process felt somewhat rushed. There was not circle check or co-inspection with the sales team. Just a fast-talking explanation of the interior features, and away we went. That was a Saturday. The next morning, Sunday, was bright and sunny. I walked out at about 9am to see the car and take it for a spin, when I noticed that our brand new car had severe scrapes at the front, as if it had been scraped against a concrete wall. The paint was scraped wight off, the lower bumper was scraped and the reflector mirror was scraped. In addition we discovered that the rear windshield wiper was broken. We phoned the dealership, and happened to get our sales person on the phone on a Sunday. He just said bring it in, and was in disbelief, saying it "was a good car". I insisted they had delivered to us a damaged vehicle, sending the manager photos of the damage (which would have been difficult to see at pick up). We kept asking what the process would be, and could not get straight answers, were just told "bring it in, bring it in". We desperately needed a car for the coming week, and were hesitant because it looked like the bumper might have to be replaced. Asking for a straight answer was like pulling teeth. More fast talking, obfuscation. On Monday, my wife spoke to them again, trying to get an answer as to what would happen next. We were just told to bring it in - repeatedly. We KNEW we had to bring it in, but would it have to stay there? Would they give us a loaner? How would they fix this, and how did they manage to give us a damaged car? Again, it was like pulling teeth. My wife became increasingly frustrated. I called the manager, who was not in. I asked for the New Car Sales manager who I spoke to. I started to explain what had happened, and he said "Can you make a long story short, they already told me and you have to speak to customer service" at which point I cut him off. He was clearly not interested in hearing from me, and I lost my cool. We HAD been speaking to the customer service/sales person, who would not answer simple questions. We JUST wanted to know what their plan was. He said they would give us a loaner car - I said THANK YOU, that's all I wanted to know. BUT - why could the sales person not tell us that? He said that the sales person would not be authorized to give us a loaner. To which I responded that if he lacked that authorization, why was I constantly being told to speak to him? I was phoning the manager because I was absolutely not satisfied with the answer (or lack of answer) I had been given. At every step this has been frustrating and sorely lacking in ANY kind of customer service acumen. We totally felt like numbers. At no point did anyone say anything like "Scratches? That's not acceptable, we're sorry and we will make this right." That's all we wanted, and this, while frustrating, could have been a different story - but it's been accusatory (the manager said they would review the security footage to ensure they gave us the car like that), and rather than deal proactively with the situation, we just get spoken AT, as if WE did something wrong. And that's the feeling we are left with. Surely if you're buying a new car, that's not the feeling you want? I mean, it's absolutely unacceptable to be given a damaged vehicle when you've purchased a new vehicle, but then to be left with this awful feeling just really ruins the whole experience. Perhaps you'll have better luck. Are you willing to take that gamble? We are still awaiting resolution. read more

Came in to purchase a car and the amount they wanted for the car on the lot seemed a bit high. I looked online while at the dealer and found that car was over $1000 cheaper online. I questioned (Nav Gil) about this and he claimed that there was something wrong with my cell phone. He eventually brought the price of the car down. When I came back in to sign papers for the car they had added over $4000 in extra fees. After a long arguement eventually they removed all the extra fees however it still cost $1900 for a 2 year extended waranty. I thought that was very very high .. also I had to pay an extra $800 that the dealer claimed I had to pay for Loan Insurance. I have never heard of this before but ok. So instead of $4000 extra I paid $2700 in extras. I also worked in tint and they claimed the car would be cleaned and any scratches would be fixed.I also traded in a car that had some money still owing on the car however the amount they were offering for the car was over the amount that was owing. I was suposed to pick it up on a Monday and I called...they told me it wasnt ready yet. I called the next day they said it still wasnt ready for me to pick it up. Eventually I got the car on a Friday (Christmas Eve) The tint was done but all bubbly no scratches on the car were fixed. The car wasnt cleaned it had no gas in the car. Every time I asked why nothing was done and why the car wasnt cleaned or scratches fixed. I was told that it wasnt Kia's fault. Couldnt understand who's fault it was??? I dropped my car off for the trade in and eventually I took the car and left upset and decided event though I was told I could bring the car back and everything would be fixed that I figured I didnt want to deal with Kia any more. 4 days later I got a call claiming that I owed $60 for something on my plates. I came back paid the $60 and left. the First of January came and a payment for my old vehicle came out of my bank account. I spoke with my bank and they said they didnt recieve a payout amount for the car. The bank said it should show up soon and they would refund me the payment. However on the 15th of January another payment came out again for a vehicle that I havent owned since December. This time I called the dealer and they told me that its my banks fault. I called my bank and asked if there was ever a payoff amount asked for my Kia they said there was never anything for Kia asking anything. I called Kia back to ask when they sent the cheque to pay off the car and they said they would have to look into it. It took them 5 days to return my calls about why this car wasnt paid off. Eventually they told me that the cheque was never sent and that now the payoff amount was $200 more then what it was in December. They said they would pay the extra amount on there end but the 2 payments I made in January would not be refunded to me. They then tried to claim that I gave the payoff amount to them when obviously I had no idea what was owing never mind the fact that when your paying out a car you would get the payoff amount to pay it off not heresay. So at the moment Zahid is working with me to come to some kind of mutual agreement to get the car paid off and get me my money back. It is now day 6 and I am patiently waiting for him to call me back and let me know what they are going to do to fix this. I would never reccomend this dealer or the sales agent. They are shady have absolutly no customer service skills and I firmly believe in Karma. Karma will come back to haunt them on this and any other customer that has had this type of stuff happen to them. Dont purchase a car from them and if you decide to please please review everything and check online prices and other dealerships first on the price before you sign anything. (update) February 11th 2011. So after a month and a half of me calling non stop yelling they finally decided to pay off the car. Not only did they pay off the car they also gave me back most of my money. In this case I didnt argue that they were $50 short because this was over a month and a half of pure hell. DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. Check Facebook out they have there own I hate 427 Kia page and this was not made by me. This was from other customers who have had problems. I wouldnt believe the other review (looks like one of the sales agents) (Another Update) January 12/2012 It has been almost a year since I have owned the vehicle. Went to buy a new sticker for the plates and I was told that the plates have been changed over to my wifes name and her birthdate. This means I have been driving the vehicle for 6 months with expired sticker. MTO explained that the KIA dealership for some unknown reason put through a request to change my plates over to my wifes name, even though when I purchased the car all they had to do was change the plates over to the new vehicle. MTO changed it back and unfortunately would not refund the $60 KIA charged me to change plates over. BRUTAL ! read more

My husband and I were looking for our first car and after looking at our options online and in store we landed on the Kia Niro. Our car sales agent, Needu was very polite and was not pushy with us in terms of needing to buy the car right away. He allowed us to take our time and answered all our million questions. When we decided on buying the Niro, Needu took the time to explain all the payment, offer various discounts to us and went the extra mile to get the model and colour we wanted. Triple 0 rating I called this dealership about a pre-owned car that was advertised on AutoTrader and was told that I could come in to test drive it. When I arrived the same day, the car was ready (not clean) for me to review. So far so good, the vehicle appeared in a ok state, so we went to negotiate the price and eventually purchased the vehicle. The next day when I went over the contract again I noticed that both the km and miles boxes were ticked. The vehicle was listed on AutoTrader with mileage in kilometers. When I called them they indicated that it was indeed a US vehicle and that the mileage was in miles ( i.e. 1.6 times the kilometers listed on AutoTrader and definitely not the worth the price I paid for it). However they claimed they had informed me of this, given that I had initialed for it. They asked me to initial for the interior color, which I did even though this appeared strange, and it turns out the interior color box is above the box where they had crossed out kilometers and also ticked miles. Shady scammers. At this point I immediately told them that the deal was off (within 24 hours of purchase). Following this they would not respond to my calls or even attend to me in their dealership (kept me waiting for 6 hours!!!). But given that they held a hefty deposit and some documentation, I was not willing to just give in. Even though I was legally in my right to cancel the purchase because of misrepresentation on their behalf, I was subjected to a lengthy train of lies, subterfuge, manipulation and outright bullish behavior during which they tried to convince me to still buy the car or tried to hold on to part of my deposit (claiming they needed to check over my trade-in vehicle). Part of this revolved around the license portion of my vehicle which they held and were not willing to return. I found out through MTO that the license was transferred 3 days after I had asked them to cancel the deal...all just to keep me on the leash and try and get their hands on some of my money. After 3 days they returned part of my deposit after many hours on the phone and at their dealership. I received my license plate portion back through assistance from MTO and I will be going in tomorrow to demand the remainder of my deposit back. If they do not act, this case will go straight to OMVIC. Definitely do not buy at this dealership, it is shady, they will be trying to scam you and customer service is non existent. For all of those in similar situations or thinking of buying: if it does not feel right do not believe it. Both OMVIC and MTO were very helpful to me in resolving this case to where it is now and making me understand my rights (and which part of the dealers behavior was blatant lies). Consult either of these if you think you are in trouble. read more

The sales consultant Matthew Klepkais excellent but the manager Vinny Ngo is absolutely rude with no regard for customer service. I had the misfortune of visiting them today on 17th Jan 2019 and I immediately regretted that. When I visited day before they told me interest rate is .99% on a demo Kia Sorento but they changed their offer today. That's fine with me as it happens occasionally in business dealings. What really surprised me is his behaviour. He told me we are doing you a favour with the price and if you can't afford it then please do not waste our time. He also said that his senior Mr. Sachdeva who is on vacation made the mistake with the price and he will make sure the price is corrected as soon as he's back. I'm surprised the person like Mr. Sachdeva handling such a big dealership can make mistakes with price. I have no doubt it was only an excuse to be rude to us. I hope I never meet him again in my life as the experience was horrific. I suggest going to other dealership if you don't want your dignity trashed. He's the manager and he didn't bothered to ask us to sit. He was sitting in his chair and kept on insulting us. I am deeply hurt and insulted as a human being. His behaviour is against Canadian Values, Morals and business ethics. I only have one message for them that you are not the only dealership of Kia Motors. Good luck with that attitude. read more

DO NOT service your car there. Service guy (sounded Latin) asks for your mileage every time you go there, even over the phone when you book the appointment. Most people don't call you from their car or memorize their mileage!! Every other dealership I've EVER been to took the key and recorded anything they need during check in. Asked to book an oil change and he is pushing for $250 service that's not even required at current mileage. Then while waiting for the car brings out a dirty air filter that doesn't even belong to my car (it was a lot thicker than my car's) claiming it needs to be changed - $60 extra. FRAUD. I'm not sure if he was trying scam me because I'm a woman or he pushes unnecessary extras on every client... Either way, do yourself a favour and walk back with him to your car and see if he really took out YOUR filter or brought you a filthy one they keep in the shop (it's behind your glovebox). Dealership itself is very poorly kept and dirty, it needs a renovation asap. read more

I bought a Kia Sportage 2011 from 427/QEW but I am not going to talk about that buying experience (terrible though it was) but, rather, their service department!! Very soon after buying the car I had a Kia bug deflector fitted by the garage at a cost of $170 and that was when my problems began! Within a few weeks the deflector began 'flapping about in the wind' so I took it back to the garage where they tightened the screws (and in the process put two small scratches in the paintwork of the hood). This seemed to fix the problem for about two weeks when the screws 'popped out' - so I went back to the garage (and reported the scratches) who said that they were going to put a new model of the deflector on. When I returned to pick-up the car the same model was simply screwed back down and the paintwork was not fixed. I was then offered a touch-up paint for which I was expected to pay! Needless to say I argued the point and they, disapprovingly, let me have the touch-up free - I had to touch up their damage, however, myself! It was at this point in time that I decided to go elsewhere for the regular servicing on the car as my total experience with the garage had finally made me lose all faith in their capabilities and I wasn't going to leave my safety and the value of my vehicle (with which I am very happy) in their hands.... The new garage identified immediately that the bug deflector had been badly fitted and would need to be replaced and fitted correctly as it was damaged (due to the bad fitting). This would, unfortunately, not be under warranty as the car was over a year old and would cost me another $170. After speaking to Kia Canada they understood my issue and agreed to ask 427/QEW for a refund on the deflector. Unfortunately when asked 427/QEW stated point-blank that they would not entertain this but, rather begrudgingly, offered two free oil changes. As I had already said that I would not trust my vehicle in their hands again this is rather a hollow offer and, to be honest, adding insult to injury! On thursday evening I went to this dealership looking to buy my very first car, I want looking to buy right away i promised myself i would look at other dealers first and get the right price, I wen into 427 with an open mind and listened to everything the sales guy Rocky had to tell me, he made me feel very comfortable to make the purchase and he didnt try to push me into a vehicle that was over my price point, i also wanted the vehicle as soon as possible and by saturday evening i was driving away in my New 2014 Kia Forte, I love my car, the customer service that this dealership has shown is beyond what I could have imagined.
