My first…read moretime, when we first got the car (it's now almost 3 years old) it was a bit tricky getting the car into neutral being a non electric car owner for 30 years. However, after that-No issues. Till today. I usually wear my seatbelt while going through (this is important to note) and wipe down my car. This time I didn't and didn't think anything. I was cleaning and the car kept going into Park. The older man at the entrance of the car wash was yelling at me to keep it in Neutral. I was telling him it was but that I think the machine is doing something g to put the car in Park. I got it heck into Neutral and he started it again. Same thing-Went not even a full tire rotation in the car wash and boom, Park. Now he throws down the water hose he had on his hand, slams on the emergency shut off and starts talking ish under his breath. I open my door and ask for someone (else) to help. Sorry sir, yo entiendo! Rude. I tell him again, I'm not doing anything. Another man comes (he's shorter and younger and always VERY nice when I'm here) and he tells me it's cause I opened the door. I said no. It did it before that and I wasn't going anything to the car. I said come inside with me. He said, don't worry. Then he said are you moving. I said, yes. I always do. Then he said your seatbelt! I said, what about it. He told me when you take it off and move, the car will do that. I said ohhhh. Thanks! They restarted and in fact, if you have your seatbelt on and move-No big deal. But take it off and-You can't move if your car will auto Park. That older man was plain ol rude and not cool. If I was a younger person, that would've made me freak out and possibly cry. Be better.

Finally got everything sorted out and Peter was very easy to communicate with. I think I reached out on Monday and by Friday I was picking up my car. Back to the job quality, because to not talk about it and give the quality absolute praise is a crime. I looked at it initially and reacted like a those people on home renovation shows, because I could not tell it was there. Being that the kit has multiple pieces, Peter did a great job of bringing them together seamlessly. The headlights are so clean, as are the fenders and hood. The custom pieces in my grille took some patience, but Peter got it done.
