They diagnosed the problem (being the transmission) and called me to give me two options to get my car back on the road. Four days later I was riding and my car drove like it was new again. They even asked me to bring it back 10 days later to make sure the transmission was still working properly. 5 stars for customer service and the work they did.

Customer service here is horrible…read more This place is absolutely horrible. Came in for an inspection, failed. Had to fix exhaust & tires. I went and had that taken care of. Came back 2 hours later, dropped off my documents and sat down. There was a different man behind the counter, that asked me if I had the tires taken are of, and I said yes. 10 minutes later, someone comes back and says I need a new headlight for 19$. I said that would be fine. Upon checking out, the guy is ringing me up for tires. I said sorry man, I got my tires done somewhere else. This guy, then gets super angry. Runs away, and blurts out. "This is now becoming an issue" Well, I'm sorry sir, maybe if you PAYED ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS you would know what needs to get done. On top of it all, if you made a mistake, the proper customer service response is, I'm sorry Sir, I'll get that fixed for you right away. Now I am sitting here waiting for my tires to get put back on, and it seams like out of spite no one is even touching my car. Never coming here, or recommending this place to anyone.

We were driving through, on our way back home to SC. Our truck had been making a weird sound since…read moregetting it serviced at our OWN Toyota dealership the week prior (We were going on our first long trip with our 1-year old, so we got an oil change, new tires and brakes). Her safety was our number one concern and the factor we stressed most while at our dealership getting serviced. Well....our truck started fish-tailing on the highway. When we pulled over and off the road, we found that not only had 2 of our lugnuts FELL OFF on one of our tires, but the bolts that they are supposed to screw onto, had SNAPPED off!!!! Our tire could have fell off! :( So here we are, it was Mother's Day...a sunday. No one was open to be able to help us. We drove very slowly to the nearest hotel and called Roanoke Rapids Toyota in the morning. They were very understanding and almost equally concerned that OUR dealership in SC over-torqued the lugnuts, creating a VERY dangerous situation. Roanoke Toyota had the parts delivered and made sure to check the integrity of the remaining bolts. Thankfully, since there were 2 MORE on 2 DIFFERENT TIRES!! So appreciative of this team, and Cory and Montreal. Montreal kept us updated and made sure we were safe to get home. Toyota of SC got both our service and hotel bill, and a nice piece of our minds. Service department refused to give us a estimate on a safety recall on our Toyota sienna then tried…read moreto make a appointment and said they would call us back and never did.When we tried to call back the next day they had blocked all of our phone numbers and refused to speak with us.The service managers name is Bryan Drawhorn we have filed a formal complaint with Toyota against Toyota of Roanoke Rapids NC.If your planning on buying a new or used car or having your car serviced stay away from them.We are now having to drive two hours away to have our safety recall done.
