Got our LG dryer back in working in under an hour. Pricing was reasonable and got the job done. Would call again.

Yes, they were impacted by the distributor issue that meant they couldn't get clear answers on when products were available. That has nothing to do with the following: Me: I'd like a Frigidaire cooktop Sales guy: you can buy Frigidaire but it's like buying a Kia car (Frigidaire is one of the brands on the side of their service vehicles) Me: I need a downdraft too. I'd like the kitchenaid one. Sales guy: we don't carry that one Me: ok, you have it on your website. Sales guy: ok, I can sell it to you but I won't know when we will be able to get it until it's ordered Me: so I have to authorize my credit card and then you'll tell me when you'll be able to deliver? Sales guy: (blank look) Another week goes by and I'm told we don't know when we can get the downdraft or if it will fit with the cooktop. So what is it that we are doing here? Finally, I give up and go somewhere else. All emails exchanged with the sales guy were sentence fragments and unclear. I think the staff needs some basic communication and sales training. I was led in circles for several weeks.

Two experiences to share that led me to my rating. 1)…read moreoriginally misquoted me for the tune-up of an air conditioner unit and a heat pump. They blamed it on the tech being new and offered a $20 discount (minimal) for misquoting and not being able to fulfill the price. At this point, I had no choice but to accept the additional cost. servicing was fine. Didn't have any issues with my units all summer. 2) made an appointment many months in advance to have my 2x oil furnaces tune-ups. 10 mins prior to 8am, received a text that they wouldn't be able to come out and we would need to reschedule. We had moved multiple things around to be able to keep the appointment. Called to see next steps, but was pushed to the back of the line (earliest was November) and no further accommodation for the inconvenience of having to reschedule and move more things around. Ultimately ended up cancelling this appointment and going with someone else.

We purchased a new build that had our HVAC installed by Nashoba H&C. A few months after moving in, we wanted a humidifier so we contacted an Aprilaire supplier who did the work but could not do the plumbing. We hired someone locally to do the plumbing which was a mistake as the work was sub-par. This is where our first experience with Nashoba H&C started. I reached out asking if they could take a look and, upon arrival, was told immediately that any work that is not performed by them will null-void any labor warranties. Furthermore, I was told that I was lucky that I called when I did because I had only two more days to register the appliance, or I would have missed a 10-year warranty on parts! The main point here - absolutely no communication from Nashoba H&C that 1) appliances required registration within a certain timeframe 2) any work in or around the system would void out the warranty. Again, all good things to be told (in a much nicer way) beforehand. A few months later, we wanted to move some exhaust piping as it was blowing into our firepit area. I contacted the developer who told me he saw no reason that we couldn't do it. I then called Nashoba H&C who told me that I would need to have a plumber do the work. So, I called a certified plumber (in the union) who did the work for me. Unfortunately, we started hearing noises a few days later so I called Nashoba H&C again. I was on conference calls at the time so I asked my wife to show them the issues. I won't mention what was said as I wasn't there but I will say that my wife was upset by his disrespectful comments. The next day, I called Nashoba H&C in an attempt to work through this issue and asked to speak with the GM or owner. The person who answered said he was a part-owner named 'Sam' and he knew who I was. I began telling him that it was Nashoba H&C that told me that I needed to hire a plumber which is when "Sam" immediately became defensive. His attitude was one of a child where he would cut you off and speaker over you to defend himself. I tried to remind him that I was a customer of his and to please hear me out of which "Sam" responded "wrong, you're not a customer anymore" and then hung up. I called 3x afterward but no one responded. As our developer said, "I can't have vendors that help build my homes yell at my customers". Enough said. Thankfully, we are very happy with our new HVAC company who knows a thing or two about communication and professionalism. One last point. There is a person there named Harriet who was truly great. She obviously understands how to speak to customers and I appreciate her efforts.
