Wish I could review the actual work but I can't. Called them over two weeks ago and was told he was "booked" for two weeks straight so he would call me back to schedule. I found it weird that he couldn't schedule me 3 weeks out but whatever. So, I waited over two weeks without calling anyone else to do the job because I figured why would they lie to me about calling me back and who doesn't want the business? i called to get an estimate. told who ever it was that i had my own opener but needed everything else installed. he stated he wouldnt install i store bought opener only his own. so i asked him what type of opener he installed and how much would it be... he hung up on me without a word. i would have taken the opener back for a refund and used his. he didnt even give me a chance to say this. so would i recommend him?? not at all. i was in complete shock over this. I called to have my garage door remotes reprogrammed and to have the issue of my garage door not opening every now and then looked into. He came out and reprogrammed the remotes, lubed the track, and tightened the chain. Cost $85. Two days later we find the garage door program to my husband's car still worked which it should not have. I called Troy who stated this has never happened and he thinks it may be due to the system being old. He offered to refund me $42. I felt that was a fair compromise considering the original reason why I called him out was not resolved. Low and behold, three days later we find the garage door not opening has resurfaced. Troy was Great!!!! My garage door wouldnt close tonight so icalled the # on the door opener first. It was 5 p.m. they said irs after hours so would be emergency after hour rates. I asked if i could at least talk to them to discuss what they thought it would cost. Tje guy said i would have to pay the higher rate if i wanted to talk to him now.
