Hector (from Premier Garage doors) was very professional. He responded to my request right away and was able to come over the same day. He was able to figure out the issue (lower strength of the coil) causing garage door to cave in. He fixed the issue by adding reinforcement and changing the coil. I appreciate the fact that he did not rush and took the time to fix the issue. He quoted a good price for the work involved. I would recommend using Hector and the Premier Garage door services read more

Hector was great! Our garage door opener quit working, and Hector was the only one willing to fix the broken part vs other quotes suggesting we replace the whole opener. $300 vs $1400 Hector was professional and got the work done quickly, and came across as very experienced and knowledgable, it's his family business. He arrived for an estimate, and gave a quote directly, did not have to call someone else for info. Would definitely use him again, and definitely refer him. Thanks Hector! read more

The service was great! I inquired multiple places about replacing the spring system in my garage and Hector got back to me quickly and was straight forward with my inquiry. He gave me the exact answer I was looking for, which was great since most places were trying to send a technician even though I told them I already had multiple come out. When he came, he was friendly and informative. Not only did he tell me multiple options, but he also explained to me the difference in each one. He was quick and efficient with the installation of the new spring system, and all did a check on the rest of the garage door parts. Couldn't have asked for a better service all around. Straightforward communication, fair price and great service - best out of 5 companies. Hector reached out quickly with a fair quote upftont, communicated effectively, provided service as agreed. Installed system works great! Thank you. Other companies gave 2-3x inflated quotes upfront then negotiated down to the same prices after a lot of drama, one tried to gimmick and install 10k spring system for the price of 20k system. Save yourself time and stress with this quality provider - stands out from the crowd! read more
