This can be inconvenient for people that work during these hours. I rarely need to go inside but when I do there is typically always an extended wait since there aren't many employees working. During my most recent visit which I had to wait until the weekend to make because of the short hours, the teller advised me that this bank wasn't her home location so she couldn't assist me with what I needed done. The other bankers were all in their offices assisting other customers. After the teller & two other bankers spoke for a few minutes and then answered questions of another customer that came in after us, one banker came over and advised me that she could help me in about 10-15 mins. A few mins later another banker came over to assist me but she couldn't get logged into the system after several attempts. She then asked me to come back another day since she thinks that the particular system may be doing an update or something. Update: I came back the next business day & the same teller told me that this location doesn't perform this task anymore so I needed to go to a full service location. When I asked why they didn't tell me the other day, she said they didn't know & the transition was starting today.
