Greg Polanco is the person I worked with. So, I started the process on October 3, 2024, and paid my downpayment of 4,000. I got my insurance on the car the same day. Now I know that with the storm hitting that same week, getting my car would take some time. I didn't get my car until everything with Capital One was finalized. That took about a month and two weeks. In my opinion that was fast service, they cleaned up the car for me and and sent me on my way. Really good people, really good company, and I would highly recommend. I recently had a distressing experience with this dealership that I believe the public should be aware of. If I could give this dealership a 0-star rating, I would! They stole $4000 from me. Initially, they told me that the bank had approved my application, but after a week, they claimed the bank returned the application due to a missing phone bill. They then towed my car with my belongings inside, including money and my daughter's car seat, and left everything at the towing company. The dealership quickly brought the car back to their lot and charged me $2500. I contacted the police, and the officer informed me that I am not the first person to experience this issue with this dealership; daily, someone calls with a similar story. The dealership will tell you that you are approved, rush you through the paperwork without giving you time to read it carefully, and then, after a week, they will repossess the car and claim the bank did not approve the application. Beware of their 4.0 rating; most of the reviews are fake! They make you sign the contract very quickly, so you don't have time to read it thoroughly. They will quote one price, but the contract will state a completely different price. They lied to me about the towing charges, claiming it was $2500, but when the police arrived, they admitted it was actually $1500. Fortunately, I recorded everything. I am determined to sue this company. The salesperson provided a false price, and everyone involved, including Maria Jose Rondon, is a scammer. The salesperson coerced me into buying the car, and when I returned after the car was towed, Maria Jose Rondon pretended not to recognize me because she knew about their deceitful plan. I hope you can investigate and expose the fraudulent activities at Buy Buy Cars to prevent others from falling victim to their schemes.

During the purchase process, we requested an increase in our financed amount and were informed that the increased financing had been approved. We proceeded with the purchase and took delivery of our vehicle believing the updated financing was in place. Now, Tesla claims they cannot locate or verify the updated financing approval and insists we are bound by the original lending agreement, leaving us responsible for an unexpected $11,601.44 down payment. How does a company the size of Tesla manage to lose track of a financing approval? How does a delivery center release a $50,000 vehicle without ensuring the financing paperwork reflects the agreed-upon terms? And most importantly, why should the customer bear the financial consequences of Tesla's failure to properly manage its own transaction? Miguel and the finance team have offered no meaningful resolution. Their brilliant solution is to demand the $11,601.44 and generously allow us to pay it over three, four, or six months. As if dividing their mistake into monthly installments somehow makes it acceptable. This is not customer service. This is passing responsibility for an unresolved financing issue directly onto the customer. We purchased TWO Tesla vehicles, placing considerable trust and money into this brand. Apparently, customer loyalty means very little once Tesla has delivered the vehicles. What makes this experience particularly infuriating is the complete unwillingness to take ownership, investigate the missing approval thoroughly, or offer a reasonable financial accommodation. Tesla markets itself as an innovative, technologically advanced company, yet its Miami Gardens operation seemingly struggles with something as fundamental as tracking financing approvals and communicating accurate information to customers. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a Tesla from Miami Gardens: DO NOT take delivery until you have independently verified every financing detail, every approval, and every dollar owed. Get everything in writing. I genuinely enjoy the vehicles, but the experience with Tesla Miami Gardens and Miguel has severely damaged my confidence in the company. Tesla Miami Gardens needs management intervention, accountability, and a serious overhaul of how it handles customer financing. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this delivery center to anyone. One star. And only because zero stars isn't an option.
