    Many years ago I started using a CPAP. I was told to go to Greenwood IN location to pick it up…read more Staff at Greenwood office asked why I came all the way down there whereas I could of picked it up from another office 10mins away. Then I spent over a year trying to convince them I had a sim card to turn in as instructed so they can get the CPAP readings For over a year they told me they would send a new sim card with envelope to return my current one. Never happened. I went to their office and said my CPAP was on a wifi I told them no it wasnt and they disagreed Finally a manager came out took my sim card printed out something and said we could not get all of your data pulled. Now up to current situation- LINCARE does not know how to submit a preauth form to my insurance company to get new supplies. Lincare said to call my insurance. Insurance says they need to complete a preauth form. Was on hold with insuance to do a 3 way call to get straigtened out. LINCARE having tech issues and could not speak to my insurance representative Further more I never received an order confirmation or an update there is a delay. Here I am without my supplies still.

The sales team helped me through the insurance process which I'm not so great dealing with over the representatives. Well they sent out a gentleman to help my wife and I to understand the process and the company and how they are going about with the insurance company. Next was the phone call about the measurement process and to schedule the follow up for the chair and the color " orange" I thought would be catchy, and favorite color! And 2-weeks later 2nd phone call we received was that everything had been approved by the state Insurance Company!!!!!!! We were amazed then a date was given to us for a delivery shipment date, 3rd phone call was 1/12/2026 letting us know it's ready for Delivery to expect the mobility chair within 3-5 business days, WOW what a service provider and the warranty and guidance with the staff at anytime we had questions we were always treated with great respect and never looked down upon my situation my God keep blessing this great company and their service, support to everyone that uses them for their mobility needs, Thank you REHAB MEDICAL

    At first I was so happy with the designer for my wheelchair and receiving my chair. Less than a…read moreyear later my chair started riding rough. Than while rolling through the hospital on a visit recently had foot surgery I almost went over to fall flat on my face. Luckily some people were nearby caught me in time. The front of my new wheelchair came apart and bent backwards. Being at the hospital I was able to use one of their wheelchairs to get home. If I was somewhere else this would have been worst or I might be hospitalized from the fall. The sad part is trying to get help for replacement or getting immediate help from this company. My life is on hold 5-10 days at the least. They are guessing by phone the problem if not we will start the the process all over again for repair service. When looking for a wheelchair company please find out how are repairs handle or you can be stuck without any form ofmoblity.
