Bought a 2004 Mustang Convertible from this dealership. The initial process wasn't so bad, applied for credit through the dealership as that seemed to be the easiest way. Very friendly up until that point. They were a tad bit rude about my co-signer's (who happened to be my mother) credit and how it would have a negative affect of my approval. Price of the vehicle was alright, condition was excellent. A few weeks after having the vehicle, the alternator died. That's when things got frustrating. The vehicle was under warranty, so they were obligated, legally, to fix it. I had to call them multiple times a day to be told that who I needed to speak to was busy, and that they'd call me back. Never was called back. Got asked to PAY out of pocket to have the vehicle towed to a garage for them. Eventually they towed the vehicle, put a refurbished alternator in it, and it was fine. It was very frustrating not having a vehicle I was paying for not running for a week. read more

I bought my Ford Fusion from AutoDrive1 in West Bridgewater in September, 2015. Very nice, silver, beautiful car, no scratches and it was spotless. The day I went to look at cars, I brought my mechanic with me and he said it was the best deal ever and that it used to be a rental car and they kept it in FANTASTIC condition. I traded in my Ford Escape which was about 9 years old. It is now 4 years later and I have never, had any problems with my car or ever had to go back to AutoDrive 1 for any issues. What a great deal. read more

If anyone goes to this dealership get a car, please be very careful. They do not give you prices of cars, they don't give you much information about the cars themselves. Please get the car inspected by a trusted mechanic before you purchase, my mistake I didn't do. Ask a lot of questions. Check your mileage, check the paperwork, make sure you read everything. Be careful of the company they use for extended warranty, I looked it up online and there were a lot of complaints about it. The BBB and Attorney General's Office is available for any problems and complaints. Know your rights!! read more

Bought a 2009 Chevy Malibu in February of 2014; went to have the inspection done and was told the exhaust was rotted and needed to be replaced. Took it back to AutoDrive1's location in West Bridgewater and was told the parts would be ordered for the exhaust and the leaking drivers door seal. Never heard back so I called back a week later and was told that the guy who had assured me it was going to get fixed had been fired. About a month ago, the engine started stalling out; took it in to have it diagnosed, and the engine is bad; the entire engine needs to be replaced, confirmed by two different shops. Now I'm $9,000 underwater on a car that needs at least $2,000 in repairs just to be road worthy enough to get it to an inspection station. I now stop people when I hear them even mention to possibility f looking for a car to warn them off this place. I would rather buy a car from some guy in a back alley in Providence than ever do business with this company again. read more

Don't give them your info. After telling them multiple times that I'm no longer interested, I get up to three calls a day and a voicemail asking when I can come in. This has been going on for over two months. You don't get business by harassing people. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Don't give your money to these people... please! They sold me a car with DEFECTIVE AIR BAGS.

The worst car dealership in Massachusetts I regret buying a car from them: ( they should be called AUTOLAIR1

I went there, they said 100% approved for everyone, it's a lie to get you inside to waste your time.. They couldn't do any better at a refinance than anyone else could do.. The website they run, which are a few, don't say the name of the business.. This is a trick scam business.. read more

I should've read the other reviews online (Google,Yellow pages): Super huge scam--they lead you on, entrap you, and then mislead you with false information. I thought they would provide me with a good loan but then told me I could only buy a car from their inventory for a set cost and already knew something bad was going on. I came in for a private loan as they said they can easily accommodate that, then told me it was never true. Thank God I left--huge waste of time tho. Please take everyone's review with full creditably that this place is awful. read more

They started off okay, but been getting the run around to pick up the car...I'm starting to think this was a bad decision. The people are nice, but you can clearly tell they fake it for the business. There was a rip in the middle console and the patch job they did was clearly noticeable. read more

I personally have not bought a car from them. But on this day i attempted to with many problems including lawyers being involved. As I researched further it turns out they have a restitution issue. Including faulty car problems, and many others. DO NOT BUY FROM THESS PEOPLE!!!! read more

Give used car dealers a bad name. Made/confirmed appointment. Car was offsite, but would "absolutely" be there at 10:00 am next day for test drive. Told if time was tight I might as well leave - done! read more

i would never do business with these scoundrels again and would recommend that no one get involved with them. They are totally unethical, keeping our money and not releasing the vehicle while we are paying the interest on the loan. I am going to contact the W Bridgewater licensing Board. I purchased my car from West Bridgewater who then transferred up to the Saugus location so I could pick it up. This dilemma included west Bridgewater and Saugus location. I WOULD RATE THIS A ZERO IF I COULD. I bought a car that Tony (Saugus )said was 60 months. LIES , saw the paper after signing and it was 72months ! ( At that time it was going to be my 20 birthday in a couple weeks) Also Tony promised me that my tire sensor would be fix and it wasn't. Tony kept spinning up stories for why not today so I called another Autodrive One where I met Joe at West Bridgewater. He said tony wasn't allowed to guarantee reimbursement. Joe ask to go get a quote. I went to a Toyota dealership. The Toyota mechanic told me that my car's sensors wouldn't be fixed under coverage because it was human error. He explained to me that whoever replaced my tire sensors did it incorrectly which broke the tire sensors and why the tire sensor light is always on, no matter what. The cost was around $350. I told Joe and he said the price was too much and the company's mechanic would only be $145, which they would pay. I told him if he could just give me the $145 and I would pay the difference. ( paying partial payment was my punishment for being so stupid to believe someones word) He said "NO" . I was livid, upset, annoyed and beyond pissed. I went a few weeks without doing anything, then thought I would go on BBB (Better Business bureau) . I let the better business bureau know exactly what happened. One or two days later, Autodrive1 then said they would pay partial for it, which was $145. WHICH IS WHAT I F*IN ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST DAMN TIME. OMG I CANT TELL YOU HOW MUCH BULLS* I WENT THROUGH WITH THIS COMPANY. Thank god I learned that salesman are only out there to get YOUR money and aren't ethically truthful, at a young age. What happened to a "man's word" CLEARLY, that's flushed in the toilet. If you have to buy a vehicle because of your situation (BAD CREDIT and personal issues) I would so go for it BUT BUT BUT ! Be veryyyyyy careful. Read the contract ! See the car! ( I didn't see it because I was naïve and believe every word out of Tony's mouth) Have a written statement that says they would fix the listed issues themselves or with a a reasonable quoted company. SOME PEOPLE don't have good intention, no ethics, no moral compass and are will to lie verbally to make a sale. WATCH OUT FOR THOSE PEOPLE. I wish you the best in buying your car :) Your seriously going to need it if buying with them... read more

Liars cheats and thieves. I purchased a vehicle, paid 1250.00 for tax title and registration. Was pulled over more than 2 weeks later and the car still had not been registered. I just bought a mustang for my son. The car is in great shape. They had a mechanic go over it before I bought it and they addressed any issues that it had. It was a wonderful no pressure and quick sale. Thank you read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Total scammers, rude, ignorant, offensive. Sure - they'll give a loan no matter how bad your credit is, but they won't tell you the rate unless you ask - and it will be a lot higher than the going rate. Then, if you complain, they'll tell you for a little more down you can get a better rate - but they won't offer that unless you complain. They offered us 1 car and 1 car only. Did the old "It just came in and won't last long so give us a deposit to hold it" BS. After a little searching we found their price to be THOUSANDS more than any other price for this same make and model anywhere in all of Massachusetts - and that was even looking at models that had more extras like heated seats and dvd players and the price was still way, way off. They wanted $10,500 and the nearest I could find was for $8,300 (again with a lot more options). So my husband makes a call and leaves a message. No call back - shock. We had sent an email asking for the car fax and details the day before. No reply. Another shock. So we try again and manage to get the guy on the phone. My husband asks why the price is so high - and the sales rep, Mike Salerno, doesn't offer any explanation or excuse - he simply says "I'll send your check back to you and cancel the loan" and hung up. Yup. That's exactly what happened. Nice huh? Wait - it gets better. So I call and ask for a manager. I get a guy who identified himself as Andrew. He talked over me right from the start, not letting me get out the entire story and trying his best to BS me like I was some kind of idiot. He actually tried to tell me that sites like Autofinder and Carfinder and even Kelly Blue Book "don't tell you that the price they show is after you put a couple thousand down" Um... that would be illegal and he had to think I was a real moron to believe that. They can't list a car as "list price of $X" and then when you get to the car lot they say "oh - but that is actually the price only after you give us $2,000". Can you believe this? And he started telling me that the car has leather seats and they had to pay a lot for it at auction.... blah blah blah. I'm sorry - if Kelly Blue Book says the value is X and you paid that much for it for resale then you are the one who's an idiot because you can't expect people to over pay for a car. He constantly talked over me and no matter how many times I pointed out to him that one of the main reasons for my call was the way his salesman treated us he refused to even acknowledge it. Then he said "listen lady, I've let you talk for like 3 and a half minutes" Um - actually - no he hadn't - he tried to talk over me the entire time and we'd barely been on the phone that long - I have a digital clock across from me. And his tone made it very clear that he thought it was some great concession on his part that he'd let a woman talk at all - I don't even have the words to describe his voice when he said "lady". So - I told him I'd be coming here to Yelp and anywhere else I could find to let people know about them. Don't waste your time. They will try to sucker you in with an outrageously high interest rate and gouge you on the car price and obviously have the worst customer service skills ever. read more

Bought a great car from them but the car had extremely high mileage. Knowing this, I was ok with it although I have never had a car with high mileage in my life. But was glad I was approved since my credit was flawed. It was a newer car that they got from auction after being repoed from the previous owner. Have had no problems with the van and absolutely love it. But will NEVERRR EVERRR do service with these people again. Was told I was preapproved, and already had the car in my name and my down payment for days with insurance on it before they decided to give it to me. I called a lot and they were nothing but rude, but what mother of three kids under the age of five wouldnt call and call when the new car would be the only car she had since selling her other car. (yes, sold it because I made over 3,000 more by selling my previous car personally then i would have trading it! they offered me $500 for my old car. bahahahaha!) I really thought they would have been better with me then they were. When driving off the lot the light for my air bags was on and I didnt know, never had a car like this one before so I thought it was telling me it was working, but nope no such thing, the sensors for the air bags had to be replaced. GREAT! Now I know why they were holding it from me, three kids you need air bag sensors... With that being said I was covered through them for 60 days and had to go where THEY wanted me to through the poor guy who does work for them. Anyways, the Van I bought happened to be Dodge, and dodge was having trouble their selves getting their hands on the sesors... okay, so why not be nice instead of rude and say sorry we're taking so long, the air bag sensors need to be replaced and then you can take the van on your merry way? cause they are RUDE! and probably were afraid i was gonna take my down payment back and go somewhere else. I wouldnt have. Although, why put a car on the lot that hasnt been safety checked and ready to sell? Ok, vent over, I got a nice car... not such a good deal for the mileage but I was approved and my kids love it. But these people suck. ((by the way, the same year car that i bought from them has been at plenty of other places for the same price with HELL OF A LOT LESS MILEAGE!)) & 95% of the big dealers deal with the same bank I was approved by so LOOK AROUND people!!! =) read more

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They's string you along and tell you they can finance you for the car you want and then when it comes down to the actual approval, they want you to come up with big money down. When they first get you in there office they are the nicest people. But two weeks ago I gave my down payment got the insurance like they said and I still have no car no answers every time I call the guy Justin tells me oh sorry it's not in my hands anymore. STAY AWAY !!!! This place is by far , the worst run, untrustworthy bunch of thieves I have ever had the displeasure of being associated with. They have one salesman..he has a smug, demeaning way about him which will make you feel as he is doing you a favor by helping you. They will push you into a car that most likely is a hunk of crap from the get go..sell you on an additional warranty (24 k miles or 2 years) that honestly covers nothing..in the end , you will be in a much worse place by dealing with them. There is not enough room here to list all of the BAD...and the worst thing? I have a vehicle from them too..a bottomless moey pit of repair after repair. Find a place that TRULY values you as a customer and understands your financial hurdles. This group of non educated idiots certainly could care less and will thrive of your bad luck. read more

My daughter has lousy credit and found out about this place from a coworker. I went with her and the salesman was extremely helpful but the procedure for buying a car from this place is nothing like normal! First they approve you for a high interest loan, then they tell you what cars you can buy. In her case it was either a 2007 Saturn or a 2005 Nissan. She chose the Nissan. It test drove fine but I had a bad feeling that the window tints were illegal. The salesman brushed this off and was vague. Anyway, within a few days of her having the car, the engine light went on. This was repaired but, of course, when she went to get a sticker, she was told that, guess what, the tints were illegal and all four tires would barely pass inspection. She called Auto Drive about the tires and was told to bring the car back to the mechanic. What would he do?? Give her four new tires?? I doubt it. Auto Drive says: We get the vehicle ready to pass inspection. No they don't!! They take full advantage of poor unsuspecting slobs who have poor credit because they know they have no alternatives. It's horrible. read more

This place is a scam of all scams. They are the true definition of what a dirty dealership is. They tell you everything you want to hear then when you need them they give you the runaround. First off they will approve you what they don't tell you though is the interest rate would be 20%! (Don't believe me? I'll give you the number to the Financial Institution whom work with the dealership. Second they sell you a car but tell you they check everything before they give it to you. Oh yea is that right? Then why was it the first day yes the FIRST day I purchased the car the battery died & the car wouldn't start and this is AT THE DEALERSHIP! Then the sales man had the nerve to say "Oh yea the battery is dying you need to go to pep boys" I have had nothing but issues with both the customer service and the car ever since! It was to the point I had to file 2 complaints one with the Better Business Bureau & the RI Dealer's License and Regulations Office. BUYER BEWARE! If it seems too good to be true IT IS! FYI when I went there complain about my check engine light being on at least 3 others were doing the same so I know I'm not the only one with issues! read more

please stay away from this dealership, I gave 2000 dollars down on 2003 gti that they are asking 5000 more than its worth for, and because I gave cash and the guy who I gave it to got fired for stealing money from the company, they are claiming they have no record of me giving them any money which is bullshit I know he kept records of it, it wasn't a problem and they knew i gave the down payment when it was time to sign the loan papers, but when i asked them to lower the price and they wouldn't, I asked for my money back, and now the have no record of me ever giving money, even tho i have my intial 500 dollar locater fee receipt which was part of my 2000 dollar down payment, and endless emails and voicemails from them.
