Robbie is new/young as he previously worked at Chipotle(his 1st job, we all have to start somewhere so NBD). Here's my experience: I went on CarGurus at about 2am I saw a Nissan Rogue that was perfect for me. It was priced right, so I put down a deposit online. I also scheduled an appointment and I showed up the next day about 30 minutes late(being honest always) I had the deposit down so I wasn't worried, and had been texting that morning & the night before with a person that said I'm all set to come in for a test drive... I show up and I was happy as they had it pulled up for me. As soon as I walk in, I went to the desk and told them I was here and about my deposit/appointment. I was told the vehicle "Just Sold", they were not lying, they sold the vehicle. Obviously I was unhappy, the Manager said he has over 200 vehicles on the lot and he will make it right. I will spare you all the frustration and just say I went on a ride with Robbie about 10-15 minutes away to look at a vehicle that wasn't even there(Body Shop) At this point I'm already not happy. I spent 4 hours to leave with a vehicle that had not been detailed, and there was plenty of time to detail it. The manager said "Robbie we don't sell dirty cars"... well I needed to go... 4 hours is a long time... the communication to come back and get the vehicle serviced/detailed was horrible. After they sell you a car you don't exist... think about that before buying here. The vehicle had a radio that didn't work, and I was told this upon leaving via the manager "How do you feel about not having a radio for a bit?" Apparently they swapped out a bad radio(smaller screen) for the larger working original one. Being me, I needed the vehicle as they knew I was looking to drive away with it, so I said ok. I'm skipping a lot, but I'm here now 8 days later after dropping off the vehicle Monday evening, and it's been an hour, and my vehicle is still not ready... I am beyond frustrated... I was told that it would be ready at 10am last night. I still have the voicemail. I said just have it ready by noon(My mistake). I figured giving them more time would be a good thing, and nope not ready yet... I will be posting this honest review on all platforms. Here the customer is a nobody after they have your $. Oh and I was told I need to come back to have the driver side mirror replaced as well as them checking on a minor oil leak my mechanic found after bringing it to him before dropping it back off. This is unacceptable... sorry for the long review, but I want everyone to know there is Zero customer service or follow up after they have your money. This is exactly what happened... BUYER BEWARE!!! Oh and guess what they finally bring the Jeep out to me. It hasn't been detailed, the new radio is in it, but the odometer is still blinking. Passenger door mirror is still broken... this place is so useless after waiting an hour I finally walked inside as I'm sick and am waiting outside out of courtesy. I was not happy, to say the least. It ended with an exchange of F words with the MANGER Tom... is this really how you do business...and he said he was calling the cops on me... seems like this wasn't the 1st time this happened, if I wasn't in such a rush I would have love to stay and see how that would of played out. Totally showed their true colors in the end... I will now have to get this all fixed, get it detailed, and sue them for the $... I have never sued anyone in my life. You sure you want to go here... just for the record. I am a local business owner for 20+ years. I've never been treated this way...

The owner personally vacuumed the bugs out himself and also installed a new shield where the broken one was . There was a lack of communication, they thought I was another customer, but all in all I am happy with the purchase and with Derek. Once we return for our oil change I can further update my review to hopefully 5 stars. The one thing I still don't really agree with is the hundred dollar deductible if something goes wrong in the first 30 days I bought my car elsewhere and I didn't have that stipulation. Perhaps it's something new But I would think if something was wrong with your car within 30 days they would be happy to fix it without having a deductible. I raised it to 4 stars for the effort the owner Derek made to rectify the problems. Thank you. ORIGINAL REVIEW Read the reviews, decided to definitely buy a car here based on positive reviews. Chose a car, asked that Two small things be done. 1. Vacuum bugs out of back window area and 2. Repair the cracked rain shield on the drivers door. They did neither upon pickup. I was told they would have to buy 4 rain shields because they come as 4. But they would see what they could do. One on the other side is falling off too. I looked on Walmarts website and they are under $40 for 4. Was also asked to sign off that if I have to bring the car in for anything at all, even within the first 30 days, that I would be charged a $100 deductible fee. I also purchased the $1200 extra warrantee that they just added on at signing.

Despite their horrendous reviews across the internet (on Yelp, Google & several used car websites),…read morewe chose to do business with Vista Motors because they had an Audi A3 Hatchback on their lot at a price we (up until that point) couldn't beat elsewhere locally. We checked & double-checked their online advertisements (including their website) & confirmed the price of the vehicle and that (1) that price wasn't a "cash only" price as they offered financing on the amount in their advertisements and (2) that each advertisement literally contained the phrase "guaranteed approval" for everyone with "20% down." After a couple of visits to the lot to test drive and inspect the car thoroughly we sat down with one of the sales reps (Leann) to get more information. In particular, we wanted to know why they'd had the car on their lot(s) for more than a year without moving it either to a customer or auction. She didn't know. We left and did our own research to be sure there were no major accidents (including pulling the CarFax on it ourselves since they didn't have it available for us in their office when we inquired on the history of the car). Satisfied that we weren't buying a lemon, we walked back into the dealership on Saturday, July 25, 2015 and found why so many people leave awful reviews. We were helped initially by Carlos (I think that's his name) who knew even less about the vehicle than Leann. And when we began trying to negotiate price on the vehicle he looked at us like we had three heads & were speaking Greek since he said he doesn't do that. Let me repeat that. A sales rep at Vista Motors said he's not the one who negotiates price. What is he there for then? I mean, he had no information on the car when we asked (literally, none...he barely knew what model it was). Is he a seat warmer? Leann walked in the door moments later and offered to work on the price with us as soon as she finished with the customer she was with. Without another word to us Carlos picked up our paperwork and threw it on her desk exclaiming, "she can deal with you now" and didn't say another word to us that visit. Dealing with Leann wasn't much more productive. She attempted to employ every sneaky used-car-dealership scam in the book from asking for a deposit to hold the car (before we'd even agreed on a purchase price) to continually shoving a credit application across the counter telling us she can negotiate our price easier if she knows our credit score (while asking how much we wanted to pay per month). Even after showing her our credit scores (using Credit Karma - which showed an updated credit report date of that week) she insisted credit scores can "change wildly!" and that she couldn't negotiate without them. Even knowing this to be patently false and gimmicky, we continued since we wanted the car. We noticed on the car a sticker price $1,000 more than the online advertised price. She said that's the "cash only" price and that it's for people either paying cash or who have great credit. We pointed out that it didn't say that in the advertisement (literally) and she said she'd work to get us a "good deal". A week after filling out the credit app with her guarantee she'd get a good deal, we hadn't heard back from her. This was after she promised she'd call on Monday no matter what. The following Saturday - a week later - she still had no answers. As of that following (second) Monday, August 4, 2015, I called and left a message since we knew it couldn't take *that* long to run a credit report and discuss price figures with the owner. Alas, as we expected, that wasn't the case. They'd gone through the entire loan application process over that period with the banks they work with and Leann "explained" that since we have poor credit (due to student loans, which is another story completely) she had to use the NADA value for the loan (which is even more than the sticker price on the car at the lot) for the loan. Not only did they move forward with a loan app without consulting me on the final price, they went above their advertised and their lot-posted prices using credit as an excuse. This is neither ethical nor legal in Massachusetts. Adding insult to injury, they wanted to charge us an exorbitant amount of money for the car with an outrageous down payment (nearly 50% down). The car was listed online for $9,990. They wanted $5,000 down and then wanted to put us on a five year $11,000 loan at $241/month. After all was said and done, we would've ended up paying almost $20,000 (including interest) on a car advertised for half that. We politely declined and immediately filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency for deceptive advertising practices.

Called/texted several times and always heard the same,, check will go out the next day. Then after confronting Chris he stated the E-brake worked fine when I picked up the car so it now wasn't his problem! All in all don't believe a word Chris tells you... just another used car shyster!

I received a call from Chris, the owner of the dealership, last week asking how my experience was…read more I let him know about the issue with receiving my car with no gas, and not receiving any follow up after I texted Mark (the sales rep). Chris was very apologetic, and I certainly appreciated that. He let me know that if there was anything I needed in the future to give him a call and let him know, so he could make up for the poor experience. Chris then followed up today, after he had read my review, saying that he was disturbed by some of the content. I feel that it's an honest and fair review. I mention the high points: 1. I got a very good deal for the car 2. Mark brought the car to my mechanic 3. The issues my mechanic found were fixed I also brought up the issues I had with the sale 1. We were told the cars we wanted to look at would all be at the same place, and they weren't 2. After we agreed upon a price, Mark said he would try to get even more money off the price, and after I brought that point up days later, Mark said he couldn't. Tough not to be disappointed with that. 3. Mark told me my mechanic gave the car "a clean bill of health". Then my mechanic called saying that the car needed brake, rotors, and several other smaller things. 4. I was told the car would be delivered on Monday. That was changed at the last minute to Tuesday. 5. The car had so little gas left, that the indicator light was on. I sent Mark a text stating that, and I didn't hear back from him. I went over those points with Chris, and I hope he left with a better understanding of this review. He went so far as to offer me a $25 gift card to make up for the gas. I declined the offer, but it was a nice gesture. I think that the most important thing to take away from this review it that you can get a very good deal on a car from this dealership. The issues I had seem like things that can be easily addressed so they don't happen moving forward. Based on my call from Chris, I'm sure that's exactly what will happen.
