After 2 weeks of waiting I reached out again and was told that they arnt liable for damaging any vehicles over 5 years old. Absolutely insane! I also have a 2017 jaguar suv and a 2018 BMW so pretty much if I brought those there I'd be SOL as well. DO NOT SPENT YOUR MONEY HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE.

Every time I pull up and see him working I regret going because he looks and acts as if I'm inconveniencing him. He barely hoses down my car and never wipes it down with the brushes and does everything as fast as he can so he can go sit in his car until someone else comes. Other than that, it's a great car wash and every other employee properly wipes down my car every time I go through.

They also have a bug prep station when you come back from that freeway trip and have excess bug grime on your front grille, windshield and hood. On occasion I've noticed certain components don't work during the wash as they should, but you can just pull back around for a rewash and let them know what didn't work. A black gentleman was leaving the first bay on the left facing the building asking me if he could help me. I responded I would like a car wash, he respond that it would be a while I said OK I have nothing better to do today. He then stated it will be a long while and then counted the cars ahead of me, 6. He snappily said each car takes 45 minutes to an hour so it would be 5 to 6 hours. I asked how I get inline. He responded you have to call for an appointment then got in a vehicle Really, I was right there and he couldn't schedule an appointment. Also it appears to have 3 wash bays so why a 5 to 6 hour wait my math says about 2-3 hours. Definitely not a good first impression of Kingly Hand Wash & Wax. The wash was originally priced for over $70. After I made a status on Facebook about the horrible service I received; I was attacked with words by not only the owner but some of the workers as well. If I could upload pictures of what I received a lot of you would second guess going to support such scam artists. If you're a woman wanting services: please bring a male along!!! Because I learned that a lot of automotive workers (like Kingly) find pure pleasure in scamming/getting over on women. Honestly because most of us aren't properly acquainted with such jobs.
