After 3 lessons, I was ready to take my test and passed it without being docked a single point!! There's so many things I learned that I still use today. I seriously can't stress enough how kind and patient Sal was. If you're considering taking your son/daughter here or even considering taking a class here yourself, please do! I recently found out classes I'm taking are not transferable because the department teachers are not teaching at a proper university level curriculum. On top of that, I have been heavily misled several times by several different faculty. When I try to address these problems with supervisors, supervisors make promises to call me back with more information and then duck and dodge my calls. One department supervisor ended up calling me back and let me know she was only calling me back because her supervisor had to tell her to get in touch with me. He only knew she was failing to respond because I'd gotten in contact with him myself. If you're looking to further your education, take the time to find a better trusted college. One that has classes that are actually transferrable and will not lead you on. Otherwise you will be wasting your time here.

They told her she's not able to enroll due to no classes available,. We asked what about the next semester she said we won't have anything open then , we asked what about after that she said, we won't have anything available for a while. She then said you have to apply, which my daughter had all information on hand she then proceeded to say, well you need to apply for FAFSA and you need your parents information well like I said everything was already done . It's so disappointing how their answers are basically we can't help you. Thank god for other colleges that do help you and will help with the process. Honestly completely disappointed. My daughter started in the spring and everything seems fine and she loved it so we returned in the fall and recommended 2 other girls as well that signed up. This fall season was a complete disappointment. Very little to no communication, I understand that things happen but not communicating these issues is a big red flag for me. There was a "issue" with uniforms and competition dates so as anyone would I tried (as well as several deleted parent comments) to message and comment for information. I sent several messages and commented several time as did other parents stating they had been trying for several days to get a response but got nothing. It wasn't until several parent got extremely upset did we get information on the uniforms and competition dates for Apple valley. Keep in mind that the "original" competition date was November 19 with ZERO information on where, time or even if Apple Valley could compete... we FINALLY got some info about this November 15...unacceptable, days before. So the dates were changed to December 17...But the biggest issue was not taking responsibility for the lack of communication and not responding to anyone until seeing how upset people were. I understand things happen but we paid money for this and communication should be expected when things come up. We will not be returning to Cheer Cats ever. They refuse to give us a refund for their mess up. They stole money and see no issue with this. This is not a cheer company I would ever recommend to anyone.

Great and friendly instructors. & they offer many different fundraisers to help fund for classes, uniforms, and competitions. I will be looking for a cheer cats team where I have moved to and enrolling her.
