I spoke with Raquel who was very attentive to my questions and our needs. She was also very friendly over the phone. We signed up for 3 days back to back, 2 hours a day. What I like about Maywood is that they pick up and drop off the student at home. That gives you the opportunity to ask questions right then and there. They also spend one on one quality time with the student. I know of other schools that have multiple learners in one car. Sal was my daughter's teacher. One thing for me is my loyalty to a company comes from the treatment I receive from employees. The treatment by Maywood Driving School has been excellent since day one of communicating our needs, scheduling the appointments and taking my daughter out to drive. I have confidence in knowing she has been taught by some of the best people in the business. I would recommend Maywood Driving School for your child's driving needs. Then she was 15 minutes late. Kathy said she was going to go on the freeway but didn't because something was wrong with her car. 4th session. rescheduled one hour before start time to very next day because she had a fever and was worried that she would be contagious. Then, no surprise, she half an hour late because she said pick up was listed at the school even though confirmation text said it was at our house. She then cut the session half an hour short. I've reached out to Alpha Driving School a couple of times and they've failed to respond. The owners simply do not care. This entire experience reflects negatively on Alpha Driving School. You are better off taking your business elsewhere.

I recently found out classes I'm taking are not transferable because the department teachers are not teaching at a proper university level curriculum. On top of that, I have been heavily misled several times by several different faculty. When I try to address these problems with supervisors, supervisors make promises to call me back with more information and then duck and dodge my calls. One department supervisor ended up calling me back and let me know she was only calling me back because her supervisor had to tell her to get in touch with me. He only knew she was failing to respond because I'd gotten in contact with him myself. If you're looking to further your education, take the time to find a better trusted college. One that has classes that are actually transferrable and will not lead you on. Otherwise you will be wasting your time here.
