When I walked into the store I asked if one of the employees who were sitting behind the counter would be able to help me replace my headlight on the driver side. They looked at each other and one asked the other if they were allowed to do that and he was told it was completely up to him, his choice. Thank goodness one of the employees was happy to help me. I believe his name is Carlos. I should've asked for his name because I definitely want to acknowledge the great customer service he showed me. I looked on my receipt and that's the name it stated on my receipt. He was very friendly and went above and beyond with helping me because the light over my license plate was difficult to get to but he was able to do it once he got a tool that was needed. Thank you so much for your kindness and great customer service. If only everyone was so great when it came to situations like this. I definitely will be back if I need something again and I hope to see him there again.

My car was in the shop getting fixed when I learned I needed a new battery. I decided to buy one…read morefrom AutoZone instead of getting it from Dodge. When I spoke to the employee at AutoZone, she asked me which size battery I needed, but I didn't know. I called dodge to find out, and they said they weren't sure and that I should get whichever battery fits my car. Confused, I called AutoZone back in which I confused them lol and now that they reassured that I wasn't crazy. I called dodge back this time I'm standing next to autozone employee. Dodge still couldn't help much because he mentioned that they usually use what the manufacturer recommends. The AutoZone employee then asked dodge a few questions about my car to try to figure it out. They went back and forth respectfully, but the autozone worker wasn't taking any nonsense because she knew all he needed to do was go look at the battery they claimed they just took out. Long story short we got the answer it's ridiculous it took all of that but I appreciate the autozone worker going the extra mile for me.
