So I decided to try Batteries Plus. I am glad I did. Walked in on. Friday and was greeted by a nice employee. After explaining to him what I was needing he made a suggestion and said if they did not work out I could bring the batteries back. Not only did Battery Warehouse of Baytown save me 50 bucks but they also helped me figure out how to put the battery in my car. I always go to Auto Zone or O Reilly's to get my batteries but I think it is well worth the drive from Pasadena to Baytown to get my battery replaced from Battery Warehouse of Baytown. I ordered a Replacement Apple 85W MagSafe 2 Charger from Battery Hopper back in September of 2017. My credit card was charged by 24HourChargers. The Macbook Pro charger I received was clearly defective as soon as I attached it to my laptop. It would overheat and cycle between the orange "charging" color and green "fully charged" color, no matter the battery percentage indicator on my laptop. I've been in contact with them since September 2017 about a refund, which they have not honored. I only get generic responses from them now. It seems that 24HourChargers received so many negative reviews that they had no choice but to rebrand under a different name. I suspect Battery Hopper/24HourChargers is a US distribution center for cheap products made somewhere in Southeast Asia. The English on their websites is just bad. I am looking into filing a class action lawsuit against the company.

I showed him a photo and away he went to get what was needing. Quick, fast and knew exactly what I was needing. Great service. I paid and away I went. It is really nice walking in and the employees know what they are selling and where to locate it in the store. I will return when needed to this location!
