I even called over an hour before my appointment to confirm the car was still available and was told it was ready for me to view. I drove one hour to get there, saw my name on their appointment board, and was being checked in when a salesman casually told me the car had sold "20-30 minutes ago." That explanation was clearly dishonest -- car deals don't happen that quickly -- and it directly contradicted what I was told on the phone right before leaving. When I expressed frustration, the sales manager tried to push me toward a different vehicle instead of acknowledging the issue. The lack of communication, honesty, and professionalism was unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership. If you value your time, avoid situations like this and shop elsewhere.
