My alternator was sliced open and then glued together and then duck taped by the weirdos out in Richmond who were only supposed to be giving me an oil change. They almost ruined my car. Brian saved it. Did an excellent job. They had to order a part, they got it in later that day. The front desk receptionist was fun but it was her last day. They don't do a good job of record keeping there. But it's a country place. So I assume it's talented mechanics but front office still operates in an outdated manner. Either a way, it's farmville.
