It was in a rural area and where I went off was difficult to locate and hard to see. Lou and Kevin went well above and beyond and preserved to find me and my vehicle (including walking down a very long steep gravel road to try to see if that was were I was located, as well as checking back n'forth along the main road when they couldn't find me). When they arrived, they were very professional, skilled and pleasant and worked as a team to do a superb job of pulling my vehicle out from the situation I was in. A huge thank you to Lou and Kevin and Brian's Towing Ltd. They did an excellent job and I was lucky they were the ones who came to my rescue!

WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT EXPECT A RENTAL/ car while you wait for your car to Be fixed. I took my car in last summer and they gave me a pay crusier. I was only 10 min away when the steering when I had to pull on the side of the road. I called them and they told me to drive to Walmart and buy fluids. The wheel wouldn't not turn and wasn't dangerous. I took it was immediately and that's NOT THE WORST PART. The gave me another car. Witch I regret taking. THANK THE LORD MY CHILD AND DOG WERE NOT WITH ME THAT DAY. I had a shift at 7am the next day I was driving I turn on the highway and the WHOLE CAR GAVE OUT. I WAS STUCK IN A CAR WITH NO WORKING BRAKES OR GAS PEDAL. THE STEERING WHEEL ALSO GAVE OUT AND ALL LIGHTS AND SOUNDS WERE GOING OFF. it felt like seconds before I hit a ditch that lunged me into the air and I misssed the light poles and wiring by just inches. I after landed FLAT down ona side of a road thank god there wasn't no one waiting to cross. The fire and the police and ambulance couldn't not believe I was alive do. THE CAR WAS TOTALED. I Did not get an call Fromm the company to make sure I was okay or anything. They offered no compensation and refused my calls And in the words of the receptionist "will not Be taking my calls or business". I have a7 year old with Mild disabilities And a 2 year old dog. If they were in that car they would have been dead today. Only help I wasn't offered wa ICBC and told informations i will not disclose. I left that with severe whiplash and bruising all over my body with all picture to proof ripped clothihing and server shock trauma and please do not risk your life if u want to live there sparecars cant be trusted witch shows the work they do to cars. Way more to the story then that. Just think how careless the are not to even apologize. Keep ur loved oneness safe. Because a 7 year old almost lost his mother.
