From day one to close, every thing was lined up, and managed without a single issue. We had clear expectations of our timelines, questions were answered very quickly. Between Gaby and our agents, it was a seamless experience! On the day of closing we actually ran into our buyers in the office and had a nice chat. After that, Gabby and team brought out a custom champagne bottle with our home on it, and we did a little photo op. The paperwork was a breeze to go through very quickly, and all of the transfers and funding was done quickly and easily. It was very easy to work with Providence title, highly recommend!

We need new options for taxes starting now, and this is close to the top of the shortlist. Located on Westheimer, in a large round building that is visible for a mile in any direction or thereabouts, known as Westheimer Central Plaza. This is central to my thinking when it comes to writing reviews today. This is a beautiful building that is circular and very eye-catching and seems to stand alone in this part of Houston, and it's absolutely gorgeous. I'm proud of it being part of the Westchase skyline, and it offers amazing visuals, and hopefully nobody builds anything around it to mess it upm because it's a little bit of a barren stretch of Westheimer, and it punctuates the monotony with a very gorgeous building.
