This outfit is a disgrace! I recently took my Audi to them for engine diagnostic issues. They had the car for six and a half hours and in that time changed 4 perfectly good OE NGK spark plugs for 4 USED non-OE plugs of which comprised of 2 different kinds i.e. 2 standard and 2 iridium! They still diagnosed 'engine misfire' so deleted the fault codes WITHOUT solving the underlying issues! They also left a lot of dirty scuff marks on the sill of the driver side and had no respect for my property. For the aforementioned, a bill for £126 was presented!! I have 2 independent witnesses to the above. I will now inform Trading Standards and The Office Of Fair Trading. The matter will also be pursued by myself through the Small Claims Court.
