I can't tell you how much I love this place! They used to have a location on Hillsboro and that's…read morewhere I originally started with Giuseppe and Julia. But they closed that location. At first I was resistant going to this location but five years later I'm still coming here. I've had different services with them over the years and I've become fond of their virtual mailbox system. I haven't been able to find it anywhere else and really don't want to. I like that I can see what I've got in the mail, I can have them open and scan it or dispose of it. If it's something I need I can have it forward it. I would say there are top-tier and one of the best mail services in the area. I find them a lot more affordable than using the US post office for a PO Box. I think their price is much better and as far as shipping well let's be honest, shipping is shipping and they're not making a fortune off of you. I consider them family and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Most of my visits are for Amazon returns, but on the few occasions I've needed to mail packages to my in-laws, the service and overall experience have been just as good. I've never seen more than two or three people ahead of me, although I imagine wait times can vary depending on when you visit. Overall, this is a convenient location with efficient service and a helpful team. I've had consistently good experiences here!
