Terrible communication. Slow responses. No update on status of vehicle sale. The lack of support…read moresale started in September 2025 and is still continuing as the New Year 2026 rolls in. After loan approval, it took 14 days to schedule the notary public signing. Several days for them to receive back the paperwork. Then another 14 days to schedule delivery of the vehicle. Another 7-8 days for it to arrive. Once arrived a third party company, Executive Tag & Title Svcs., that holds the title for the finance company, sent a message saying they would take care of getting the vehicle registered. I was not informed by the dealership of this process. I called Executive Tag & Title Svcs. company, to ask a question on the same day that they reached out. Their representative did not reply for another three weeks. On November 3rd the Oregon temporary tags expired, so I was able to get a 30 day moving permit from the Nevada DMV. That temp permit expired on December 3rd. Then after submitting the requested documents, they submitted my document packet to the Nevada DMV. It has taken another 8 weeks for the DMV to issue registration and license plates on December 30, 2025. But Executive Tag & Title Svcs. company had the registration package sent to the dealership in Oregon "at the request of the dealership". So as of today the vehicle still does not have license plates. In the meantime the vehicle was issued a citation of $75 for not having up to date registration by local authorities. Because the vehicle is titled under my company name, I had to get commercial insurance before applying for registration, which costs more than $400 per month. So the vehicle has been sitting idle in front of my house for the last two months, while I'm out of $800 in insurance costs, and two monthly loan payments amounting to nearly $2k. I can not recommend this company.

We are too large for their facilities. We found On the Run via a google search. From the first phone call, they were polite, helpful, offered a complete written proposal for the work, and made a prompt mutually acceptable appointment. I was so pleased with the pre-oil change service that I offered to meet Joseph for a BBQ lunch at a local terrific place. We met, chatted over lunch, and he went to work. The work was as neat and clean as the pre-work process. The bill was, to the penny, exactly as the estimate. The overall price was far below the verbal estimate from the dealer who mysteriously declined to do the work when I came for the appointment. Fast, polite, clean, neat, and complete. Thank you

THIS REVIEW IS STRICTLY BASED ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED AS THEY DID NOT PERFORMSERVICE…read moreREPAIR ON VEHICLE I called the day prior to ask for his labor charge as I had gotten a quote from a previous shop whose labor charge was high, arriving in the morning, they give me a quote and it comes out higher than the first shop due to the fact that he is up charging astronomically on the parts he went from $600 for just left axel an no sway bar to $1000 for 1 axel and sway bars . MOOG sway bar links that are on the manufacturers website for $36-$50 per bar and on Amazon for $30 per bar for the exact manufacturer MOOG model number , He looks me dead in my face and proceeds to tell me he is charging $100 per bar. I don't want to even imagine what he was charging me per axle and struts, I then ask him if I buy the parts that he is going to buy, can I bring them in and he repairs the car he proceeds to tell me "no they put on quality parts Not over-the-counter" so because I would like to save $400-$600 on parts and buy the same exact parts from the manufacturers website and bring them into you they are not " Quality parts". They advertise "price match " but not once did he say if I found The exact same parts and manufacturer for a lower price would he match the price, they think because they advertise in the shop they are a "dealer alternative shop" that they can charge you an arm and a leg on aftermarket parts . It's crazy how I read the the reviews and one guy says he paid for your "premium parts" and he said they parts did not hold up to the "premium status " so do you really buy "quality " or "premium " parts as you say?????? He was not the only one fooled by that line. I understand yall running a business, but prices like that for parts are wild , i literally brought all the parts needed (MOOG) like he said for the axel and sway link and the struts for $400. "Quality parts" not a DIY but I am now thanks . I saved well over $900 talking to you people
