I can remember regularly washing my car at coin car washes for at least the past 43 years. This mess is the worst I've ever dealt with. Granted, the owner has zero competition and therefore zero motivation to maintain it. Regardless, the place is kept busy enough that I'm sure his regular job as local bank manager comes in handy. Details? It is perpetually filthy, every bay filled in around the drains with mud -- you may wash your car but you're getting back in with muddy feet. No hot water -- wait, I'm dreaming -- no lukewarm water on any setting. No soap -- on the soap setting. At least none visible. This is really nothing more than a large pressure washer you pay for. So, it's either broken (and never repaired in the last 10 years) equipment or a guy who turned the hot water off and stopped buying soap in order to save money. And even better, it's way more expensive than the bright, shiny, new car wash on 412 on the way into Fayettville. Oh, and the change machines, credit card readers are long, long since out of order. But he'll just keep raking it in and never give it a second thought. Why fix something that ain't broken from your point of view? My advice though?
