Lots of pictures etc., He decided to buy it! Great price and just a wonderful vehicle in fabulous shape! Daves suggested that we use Lightning Transportation to have the truck shipped up to Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We did. Good communication and within 5 days the truck was delivered here! We are so happy with our Ford F-250 Super Duty truck! Gorgeous truck in great condition!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - ESPECIALLY if you are a woman. I logged back in after years on here JUST to make sure I write a review. On top of being misogynistic a**holes, these people and Mike the owner specifically, run a shady business. I should have seen the red flags when Neil the salesman assured us he would "take off $1000" off the car price to find that it was tacked on later in the contract, but at the time we needed a car, and let it go. Let's start with the fact that customer service here is TERRIBLE, no one actually speaks to each other or documents anything so any information is lost between one person and another. I waited for them to transfer my tag for almost 2 months because no one bothered to actually communicate what the hold up was - and when they finally did, I kid you not - I talked to 3 different associates who explained 3 different reasons which all concluded to the fact that all they had to do was order a brand new tag instead of transferring my old one. Mike will tell you they're "in the business of making people happy and will work with you" so when the time came that we needed an extension and were behind ONE single $280 payment, he agreed over the phone and sure enough came to take the car 3 days later. (My mistake for not having this in writing, okay.) BUT after being assured that no fees whatsoever would be involved and that all we had to do was come in and make the payment, we came to pay for it next day and he tagged on another $800+ just to be able to get my car back. The best part though, and the part that warrants this review was when my fiancé and I got to the shop, how disgustingly DISRESPECTFUL this man was. Keep in mind I was already disgruntled with this place because at the time of purchase, both Neil and Mike made it a point to only speak with my fiancé and address HIM directly about any matters involving the car even though I was the sole owner of the vehicle. Any questions or attempts at understanding were completely dismissed and were only answered when fiancé questioned them. But again, not one peep out of me, at the time. This time however, I made it clear how disappointed I was with the customer service, with the miscommunication we've had with the office staff for months, etc., and instead of making steps to make it right, even just a simple attempt at addressing our concerns, all Mike could do was repeatedly exclaim how much of an attitude I had and threaten to not give us back the car "because of my attitude" even after paying for it and of course, proceeded to only deal with my (male) fiance. Note that I never insulted this man, nor made a show in front of other customers, NOTHING that warranted his behavior - other than explained how deeply upset and disappointed I was as a customer. There was one point where I assumed we could pay via credit card BECAUSE A STAFF MEMBER TOLD ME WE COULD, and instead of addressing my misunderstanding and explaining that it was incorrect, he embarassingly yelled in the middle of the office, asking "Did anyone here tell this woman she can pay via credit card? No?? I didn't think so." When told he needed to improve his customer service, his response was "I don't think so, all my customers love me I've been in this business for years!" I can go on and on but at the end of the day, all that needed to happen was to be treated like a decent human being. No favors, no waived fees, no exceptions. But since it didn't, I signed over the piece of sh*t car we were sold and decided to take the loss on my deposit because at this point, I REFUSE to continue dealing with this man let alone give him my business any longer. read more

Never ending repair fest. I cant handle much more. Almost $4k in repairs and Im scared of the car.

Terrible. Stay far far away. Saw a Craigslist ad for a nice used car at a reasonable price. Called up to confirm inventory. "On my way"....Mistake # 1.....By the time I got there the price had gone up $ 500. They even changed the Craigslist post. But I had saved the link for the original post on my computer and sent it to them. Now I am on Yelp to let people know that these "professionals" are liars and crooks. Stay far far away. Do not expect any level of honesty or service. There are alot of other options....Be wise and shop somewhere else. read more

Buyer's Beware! This company does bad business. They sold us a lemon car! It needed over $4,000 in repairs. It needed a new transmission, a new engine & not to mention all of the other problems. It looked good on the outside, but underneath the hood was pure junk. They refused to fix it, refuse to pay anything to assist in fixing it and refused to take it back. Super nice & friendly. They were so honest, and had no problem answering any questions I had with the car. I also got a 3 month or 4,500 mile warranty with the car I got. Greatest deal I found all day and all of my paperwork was honest/upfront and finished in less than 30 minutes. These guys are scumbags and scam artist. I went in to make my last payment on my work truck, and for them to remove the gps. When they went to remove the GPS they claimed I ripped it out. So there charging me 200.00 more. Mind you i always paid my payment li me clockwork. They said we don't what to tell you no 200.00 no title. But yet when I asked to show me proof where wires were cut they could not. Neil the salesman is a loud mouth tough guy also behind his desk. So they made me pay the xtra 200.00. Fine i will have the last laugh cause that's the advantage of a amex card. Bunch of scammers and low life. read more

DON'T buy a car from these people. They sold us a car for $8,000 which needed $2,000 worth of repairs! We could have bought a brand new car for that price. We purchased the warranty too which covered NOTHING. We told them all the problems we had with the car and asked for some money off the final payment and they refused. This is bad business. WARNING test drive the vehicle for at least 4 days before buying! I brought my first car from them and had to do no maintenance for 9 months was a great car until totaled. Because I had such a good experience the owner was happy to see I returned and said give her a special price! Yeah a special price for a car whose engine went out in 4 days! I was RIPPED OFF ROYALLY test drove the car no noise or shakes put a deposit on it returned 3 days later to purchase and when I drive out it had a noise.... the car's check engine light came on 2 days later went back twice complaining and now it has to have a major repair. The company jerked me & my mechanic around saying they would pay for portion of the repair then Reneged on the offer. Refused to let me trade it in on another car because it has a major problem! BAD BUSINESS UNSCRUPULOUS Snakeoil used car dealership. WARNING DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. No legal recourse for used cars! read more
