So after a couple months of not washing my car and with a recent road trip I really had to wash my car. Normally I'm one to wash my own car due to the fact that I like to get every dirt and grime off. However this time I was partially injured and somewhat lazy so I took it to a hand car wash. After all research I brought it here and got it washed, vacuumed and dried for $35. I arrived at opening time 10AM so I didn't have to wait too long. Usually I'm skeptical about having strangers washing my car but this place did a good job, not the best but enough for me come back again when I'm feeling lazy. Really big premise with fast service, of course they try to upsell you for a higher product but I was tough. Lol. General area where you can sit and watch your car getting dried and a little shop for You to peruse around to kill time if need be. Went there last Sunday (it was the ONLY place I drove to that day) and left the car wash with a DENT in my BRAND NEW CAR!! When I saw the dent, it had some cleaning powder on it. How could the car go through the wash and still have powder on it?! There is no way. It happened there, and I know because I always inspect my car for dents and scratches before leaving the house. Anyways, when we went to review the video footage, which did not show the angles properly, he said "there was another girl with a dent in her car, but she was so scared of her dad that she blamed it on us but I proved her wrong". The quality of the waches are not improving. I have been coming here for years. I always buy the exterior booklets and occasionally get the full service washes. They are rushing too much especially when it's busy. Every time I go home the front and the roof of my van are filthy. This time the side mirror was untouched and the bugs were left there. One suggestion is to let the car pause for a few more seconds they the tunnel so the guys have more time to do a thorough wash. It's way too rushed and for the price you pay I would at least expect a decent wash with most of the dirt gone. Very disappointed. This is my second time visiting and last time was fine, but this time they did a very sloppy job cleaning the car. There were crumbs and smudges left on the seat, dirt left on the interior of the doors, the steering wheel hadn't been cleaned, my things in the trunk had been disheveled (I had everything neatly put in two boxes when I opened the trunk for them) and the trunk hadn't even been vacuumed, and there were smudges and dirt left on the exterior of the car. Came in during the weekend on a non busy day and in a rush. Jose offered the Silver wash plus wax to be completed within 35 minutes. The service was finished quickly as promised and by far, if not, the cleanest my car has been. I really wanted to like this place, as it's one of the few car washes with a compromise between hand wash and machine-based touchless service. I got the Platinum Special, and the exterior wash was great. The interior wash, however, was a disaster. Whatever cleaning and dressing they used left swirl marks everywhere, along with white goop that wasn't wipes off. I had to go over the car and re-wipe everything with my own cleaner--the swirls were hard to get out once they dried. I used to like this place, but I'm disappointed in my recent experience. They offer an "unlimited monthly wash pass" which I tried. I felt like the washes were done quickly and not as thorough since I had the unlimited plan. At My last visit, they offered a polish for $100 fee. I declined and they said they can do it for less, so I agreed. I showed up again a couple weeks later and they suggested another type of "add on" service for $100. The car was absolutely disgusting from use by the previous owner, but the team at Auto Pride made it look great by the end.
