My only concern is I've heard rumors from friends that Auto Pride may be moving to a machine wash system. Not a fan of machine washed cars. It's the only hand wash car business in the mid-peninsula that I know of. It will be a sad day if Auto Pride moves to a machine washing or touchless system. I'm hoping not to go back to washing my own cars.

Didn't really vacuum and their detail work was done so quickly that by the time we went to the vending machine they called us back. My experience was extremely unprofessional and bordered on a scam. While my car's interior was being cleaned, I was asked if I wanted the mats washed. I clearly said "no". A few minutes later, I was called over, shown the mats, and asked again. I said "no" again. The employee was very insistent, claiming they needed to be washed to get them clean. I explicitly told her that "I did not want to be sold anything extra", but if they wanted to wash them, they could. They went ahead and washed them, but just as I was about to leave, they demanded payment for the mats. When I refused, they lied and claimed I had requested the service. I was never quoted a price, and I had clearly declined twice. It wasn't until I threatened to call the police that they grudgingly backed off and dropped the charge. To make matters worse, I witnessed the same employee aggressively yanking on the handle of an automatic sliding door multiple times, which speaks to the lack of care and professionalism here. Be very careful if you come here--verify prices and stand your ground.
