I called Aaron and Dominic from San Bernardino. (Yes there are a shit ton of dealers from here to there but more on that later).I told them and explained the credit situation and they said "let us do a soft inquiry and see where you stand", well, as you can see or rather, what you don't see anymore is the 2012 Audi A5 manual Premium plus that they had, I now have it. Above i mentioned there were lots of dealers from my city to theirs, like Future Auto Sales, and Fas4Cars. They had the same car but older (2010) and they LIED, BULLSHITTED, IGNORED, AND FUCKED me around and even said we had an approval when there was none to be had, FUCKERS anyway. I have seen the reviews here, both good and bad, Please remember that you are buying USED CARS that are bound to have problems, THEY ARE NOT NEW CARS PEOPLE, but at least in my experience, Aaron told me the car was bought new in Arizona and then here in San Diego. I have been given the honesty and truth treatment ever since I came here and they kept me up on the yays and the nays. If you can see past buyinf new and have to buy a used car like I did, you need to give them a try, Aaron and Dominic have been great, all the staff here was welcoming and I never felt anything less than I owned the place. Thank you Aaron and Dominic, for your honesty and integrity. Jacob R. Riojas

My $19,000 car broke down after 1.5 weeks. Got stranded, would not turn on…read more DO NOT BUY LUXURY VEHICLES HERE Unethical. $19,000-S5 2008 (market value is $12,000-$15,000), test drove the car multiple times (familiar with car) purchasing above market value expecting this car to be in excellent condition. 1.5 weeks after purchasing car-of course, NO WARRANTY-AS IS, the car doesn't start up. Not even 2-weeks after purchase. Contacted Import Auto Outlet, said they could help. After many emails the dealer said he could refund me $300 for a $3,000 repair. His "mechanic" is only ASE certified. Unfortunately luxury cars need specialist for specific torque pressures and so on. They could not provide me with any credentials that this mechanic had a certificate to work on Audi. Long story short after $4,000 bringing her in for repair here it is (I will attach pictures as well): - car was missing a crankshaft bolt!! (which is the central part of a car "heart", which is the timing of the cars engine) which Audi told me that it may not be the same if i were to fix- haven't fixed yet it costs too much. ($3,000+) - the pulley tensor will soon need to be replaced ($1,000+) - the car needed a NEW STARTER! (paid $3,000) - the water pump had a lot of corrosion and was leaking (paid $1,000) - they over filled the oil I would suggest selling your cars at the value they are worth, this car was in FAIR condition and should have been sold much cheaper. If you have a general ASE certified mechanic working on these luxury cars, that a big NO get someone certified in the car needing a repair. A lot of professional shops turned me down and could not work on this luxury car.

I did have to replace the radiator and idle control valve. Some people would complain and say that is too much but realistically, a car that's 25 years old will usually come with the need for replacing parts and or maintenance. He was really helpful & made the transaction easy. He answered all my questions and let me test drive it without issues which lowered any uncertainties. He also washed the car for me & dropped it off at my house, which was very polite of him to do for same day payment and delivery despite it being late so I didn't have to drive back the next day. He also wasn't pushy & he was also negotiable on price. He also provided a service log, when I asked for one. I do reccomend this place but with having an open mind, if you get a used car you will have to put some maintenance and an open mind there maybe the possibility of replacing some to a few car parts.

This was actually my second trip dealing with this dealership. The first time, my son and I drove…read moredown to inspect a vehicle. While we liked it overall, we felt the price was a little high based on its cosmetic condition, so we decided to keep looking. A few days later, the salesperson contacted me and asked what price I was looking for. After discussing numbers, he texted me an out-the-door price that worked for me if I came back the next day. I made one final counteroffer, which he said the owner declined. I responded that we would still come the next day, and he replied, "I'll be here." At no point did he tell me that the previously discussed out-the-door price was no longer available. My son and I drove approximately three hours back to the dealership expecting to purchase the vehicle. After we arrived, we were told the owner would not honor the previously discussed price and that the dealership was sticking to the advertised price. We immediately left. The issue wasn't that my final counteroffer wasn't accepted. The issue was that we drove six hours round trip based on what we reasonably believed was an agreed-upon price, only to find out after arriving that it would not be honored. I understand that negotiations don't always end in a sale, and I don't expect every offer to be accepted. However, I do expect clear communication and respect for a customer's time. Had the dealership simply told me before I made the drive that the original offer was no longer available, I never would have made the trip. If you're traveling from out of town, I strongly recommend getting a written buyer's order or purchase agreement approved by management before making the drive. It could save you hours of driving and a great deal of frustration.
