I was recently in the market for a T.V. because i finally agreed i needed an upgrade for the bedroom. I had a choice between going to a big box store and find ganga deals or try to find a bargain at a swap meet or pawn shop. I drove to Wal-Mart and Best Buy but there was no way i would have the time nor desire to fight through crowds or wait in line just to save a few dollars on a TV. I drove past a pawn shop in El Cajon and decided to stop in and take a look. Immediately as i walked in the door i was greeted by one of the employees, sharp looking kid named Tommy. I told him what i was looking for and he immediately took me to the TVs they had in their showroom and told me he would take a look at what he had in inventory in their back room. He found exactly what i was looking for, a 55 inch smart TV that he could sell at almost close to the advertised price of a TV Wal-Mart had on their black Friday Ad. The T.V. was almost new and he had the manual and remote control for it. Tommy assured me that the TV was in perfect working condition and even set it up and plugged it in to show me. He explained their return policy and made this transaction very very pleasant. I called today (Sunday) to see if they would give me a loan on my Bose wave because I live in the east county. The young lady I spoke with said yes they can without hesitation. I arrived at the location and was greeted with one of the warmest smiles from Brenda, she checked my item for any defects (none found). There are many pawn shops here in San diego and there is one directly across the street from them. (El cajon Blvd) you can tell the difference between the two as for customer service. Pawn plus is by far the best of the two. Your are greeted as you walked in and each employee is very polite and attentive to your need. Ernesto was so helpful! I was trying to sell my diamond ring and went to 5 different stores to get quotes. All of the other stores tried to low ball me and wouldn't give me a decent amount. I was getting frustrated with the process because I needed last minute money for Xmas presents. Finally, I decided to make one last stop to Pawn Plus.
