I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when it came to rings, but Jackie walked me through selecting a stone cut and carat, ring sizing, and even gave input on some design questions that we had! In the end, we were able to provide Jackie a drawing of what we wanted our ring to look like, and to this day I am stunned at how perfectly it was brought to life. She also managed to keep the ring perfectly within the budget that I had allocated. It was right around Thanksgiving and I was looking to propose by the end of the year, so I had already resigned myself to having to postpone my proposal until after New Year's, but Jackie assured me that it wasn't too late. And boy did she deliver - communication during the stressful holiday season was impeccable, and she kept me updated throughout on our back and forth during the design process. She even managed to squeeze our ring in right before they closed for the Christmas/New Year's break despite a mountain of other clients with similar due dates, and words can not express just how thankful I am!
