They grabbed my keys and had it up in the air before I even left the lot with my ride. They communicated clearly and efficiently via cell phone, explaining what areas needed attention, how much everything would cost, and whether they could complete the work that evening. About 30 minutes later, they called back to say it was already finished. The customer service, especially from Liam he was phenomenal, and the pricing was very competitive. I cannot tell you pleased I am with their service and reactionary behavior. It's difficult at best for a woman to received honest and swift car repairs, let alone close to home. I like their no nonsense approach and will recommend them to anyone needing assistance in the area. It's a lot easier to get to them as well because the road construction in the area has moved west of them on 66th. I had an unfortunate experience during what should have been a basic oil change on my F-150. The…read moreservice included a brake inspection, and my wheels have security lugs. I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.
