I originally requested a partial refund which was denied and the employee then when on to harrass and threaten me. I did not update star rating as I don't believe it was out of the goodness of his heart but because of a recent negative review. 6 months has passed and to just now try to rectify the situation is not great customer service. I was offered a free rental, but the experience was so terrible that I declined. And why Gary has my private information still is unsettling

We walked in yesterday with zero intention of buying anything -- we were just planning to look at a car and leave. To my surprise, we ended up buying a car... and I still can't believe it myself. The reason is Michael, our salesperson. He completely changed my perspective of this dealership. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely easy to talk to. He gave us honest comparisons, explained the deals clearly, and never once made us feel pressured -- which is very different from what we experienced here in the past. Michael made sure our budget and needs were respected, and he helped us find exactly what worked for us. His professionalism and sincerity made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Because of him, I now see Toyota Fremont in a completely different light. Thank you, Michael, for restoring our trust and making this a positive experience.

I came in for my Tundra's 15k mile…read morecomplimentary service. 1 hour after dropping it off i received a text message that includes the report after they completed an inspection of my vehicle. I declined the recommended service but noticed that they indicated that there were minor damages found (scratched and dings) on my vehicle. I immediately contacted Belal and brought this to his attention. This truck was meticulously taken cared off. There are no scratches or dings on this vehicle. I asked Belal what damages did they find that is indicated on the report. He said when you pick up the vehicle we will take a closer look. After 2 hours i received a notification that my vehicle is ready for pick up. I went to see Belal and asked him again, what damages is the report referring to. He said that he took a closer look at the vehicle and he found none. And that this is the message that is put out by the system by default because my car is considered used and not brand new. He also said that when you brought your truck in on its 10k mile service we already put the same report. This is bad practice on Fremont Toyota. This clearly indicates how much they don't care about customers vehicles. No time is taken to actually inspect the vehicle rather any car that is brought over will have " minor damages found" by default. This made me lose faith on this establishment. I'm not confident that they are doing what they promised to your vehicle. Granted my service only involved tire rotation and inspection. They definitely took the time to point that that my cabin filter needs changing for $200. I will find another Toyota service dept to bring my vehicle.

I was unsure which one to choose from but eventually I decided on a BMW wagon, had my heart set on it. I had every intention of coming in the following day to purchase it that I put down a $200 deposit on my credit card. Billy, the sales man and Sonia the book keeper and financial professional helped me do this seamlessly. unfortunately that evening I had a loved one come to me in an emergency and needed to borrow a good amount of funds, as a result, this left me unprepared to financially buy a car at that time. I texted Billy to make him aware of my unforeseen situation & my change in plans that I had to ask billy to please credit me back that $200 deposit. Usually nonrefundable, but billy and Sonia were very kind and considered the circumstances and refunded me anyway ! Now I don't know about you but I find that commendable and at the same time refreshing. Sometimes stuff happens and it's great to know that there's still people out there that care, and even at a car dealership! There out there, there's only a few of them left. I will certainly go back when I'm ready.. Buy with confidence at The Dealer! Ask for Billy, tell him Manuel sent you!!

The salesperson I spoke with told me to go ahead and tow it to PSF and leave the key in the drop box. I knew I was not on the schedule, so was not sure when my car would get looked at. The next day I got a call before 9 am from Devon in the Service dept. He explained what they could do to get my car running and back to me. PSF had the car all day and Devon kept me posted of status. I really wanted to get my car back because I live in SJ and did not want to take an UBER home for a 2nd night. By end of day, my car repair was complete. I picked up my car and got to meet Devon my service liaison and he was so kind and gave me thorough explanation of work done. I had my car back and the repair did not pinch my pocket book too much and I was back on the road. I appreciate and thankful for the service center's commitment to get me back on the road.

He even gave us a quote and walk through of what needed to be done to my car, but also respected which out of the options I wanted to have serviced that day to avoid extra charges. The other few times we have gone here were disappointing with both their customer service and service time being unreliable. Even with an appointment at 9:45am, we didn't get out until 12:40pm. The last time I went they didn't even tell us my car was ready for pickup after sitting for 2 hours...
