Did some price shopping for a new windshield and these guys were in my neighborhood so I made an appointment for them to replace my windshield at home. They were on time and the price was very reasonable, including a new gasket, for my 20 year old Pathfinder and it only took the guys about 20 minutes to do the job. It's been a couple of months and no leaks or any other issues with the job. I didn't use my insurance but paid out of pocket and the price was still quite reasonable so overall these guys did a fine job on time and for a more than fair price. If I could give zero stars I would. Chad is a apparently a crook. Do not ever buy from them. Chad and a helper replaced my windshield on December 9th 2022. The car pretty much just sat in the street and was barely driven during December. January 6th 2023 I noticed a long crack in the windshield. I called Autoglass Unlimited on January 7th and Chad told me that it was probably a rock. I explained it wasn't and sent pictures, off the pictures he still said it looked like a rock, pointing out smudges on the windshield. After 5 days Chad and helper came out to look at the windshield and determined it was not a rock chip (after telling me if he found a rock chip he was going to charge $35 for the trip out to look at the windshield). He then proceeded to tell me that the crack was from the inside of the car and someone must have smashed with rearview mirror really hard from the inside of the car to make it crack from the inside like that. No one smashed the mirror the mirror is 13 years old and original to the vehicle. So even though this company says they have a warranty, they will not fix a windshield that they installed less than 30 days ago that was not hit by a rock, and again it was barely driven. I assume that the crack started right away and it just took the 30 days or so for me to notice as the defective workmanship spread and was noticed. read more

Awful. 90% of my work is done driving so when I got my Windshield replaced I called around to find someone who would offer me chip repair. 2 months after I replaced the windshield, I got a small chip, and was glad I was covered. I drove down to the shop, and after waiting for the girls inside to finish their conversation and acknowledge my existence, I explained to them my situation. Very rudely the woman at the desk told me, I needed the paper copy of my receipt, and she had no way of looking me up in her system, them continued her conversation. Just all around poor customer service. What if the seal had broken? They're out to get your money and run. I live down the street from them and will drive past them to have professionals install my windshield next time. read more

We had an appointment for my wifes vehicle for today, between 9-12 was the scheduled window. No one showed. No one called. My wife had to call them. I was in the process of scheduling to have my windshield replaced as well. I can assure you that they have lost our business with the lack of respect and business etiquette. An offer of $20 off doesn't nothing to repair the disregard for our time, and the disrespect for a potential customer. Yes, there was a hail storm. All you needed to do was place a 2 minute call and we would have happily rescheduled. But, you didn't. So now I'll happily let everyone I know that this is what you can expect from Auto Glass Unlimited. read more

Do not use this place! Customer service woman was rude and argumentative- refusing to give me a 3 hour window said anytime between 7 am and 7 pm. When the installer showed up with my used window (all they could find but still wanted to charge the price for a brand new window) he said when they removed the "used window" they screwed it up and wanted to charge an additional $55. I was told the amount I was quoted was complete so I wouldn't pay the up charge and said that it was between him (independent contractor) and Auto Glass Unlimited. I should not have been put in that position. Trust the bad reviews and use ANY body else out there. read more
