I would like to say, I NEVER leave reviews but this place has absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever received. 5 days in advance I made an appointment for a windshield replacement. The appointment was for 11:30 and was told it would be a hour to hour and half minute wait because the techs started on two new vehicles. What was the point of making an appointment? So I left. I got a call they were ready for me at 1:30. Once I got there I was told to wait in my car and they would come out to me. I made an appointment online for 9:00 when I got there they told me it would be at least 10:30 before they could get me in, what they fail to tell you is they take you on a first come first serve basis. Guess who got their windows busted out by to crooks while at home. Service: 1 Driver side window & 1 Driver side passenger window replaced Pros: same day service and relatively quick!!! Paid $400 for them to fix 2 Jeep Grand Cherokee windows. Everyone else was almost $600 with next day service. They also did a decent job with the windows cant even complain. Terrible, put in the wrong glass in Feb 17. It did not calibrate. I drove back-and-fourth 4 times. The excuses are. 1. We need to order a new caliber part. (After I called them, 2 wks wait) 2. Sorry the man who is suppose to do it didn't show up today's. (This happened twice). 3. We know you were here first, but we have to put all the storm people before you.(April) 4. Yes, we will come out to your house this time. Oh, we need to order an OEM (windshield. Sorry it will be another week. 5. The man isn't here this week he is on vacation. I know you have a family emergency but could you wait until Monday. 5. Monday so sorry we just can't do it today. What about Thursday. Family Emergency is in ICU in Tennessee. We can get someone out there that will do it in the parking lot hospital. 6. New Place, No we can not come to the hospital. This will take 3 hours. I was sent by State farm to have my windshield repaired Saturday 6/1/24. I was there for about an hour. I came back and looked at the windshield and all looked good at the moment as far as where the hail damage hit. When I got in my car to leave it was an absolute mess all over my car. Since they left my car a mess, I went to clean the interior. When I did, I noticed something on the passenger seat. Apparently, the person that "repaired" the window also left a slice in the leather of my passenger seat. After viewing the rest of my vehicle, I noticed the new windshield has several long scratches on the driver's side as well. Looking at the sunroof, the sides above the doors, roof of my car, is covered in dust and grease I assume from his hands. It's a very light Gray fabric and it is everywhere. I noticed a light shining through my center mirror and when they moved that it apparently loosened the part around the mirror itself. They also cracked the entire console part over my mirror. It is supposed to be one piece and is now split in half, so that will also need to be replaced. I've emailed and called several times and no one will call or email me back! I want to warn others do not ever go here! I looked at all their reviews on Facebook and all were horrible experiences and like me had damages to their car! I got an estimate for the damage at my dealership and it is about $1500 or more damage to repair, etc. This doesn't even include them needing to pay for my car to get detailed. read more

They were able to quickly get me in however they informed me after I already dropped off my vehicle that one piece of glass would not be available for a few days. They replaced the windshield and forgot to put the rubber back around it. When I called they told me there isn't supposed to be rubber. I sent pictures and they confirmed they would take care of it when I come back for the other piece of glass. The vent glass I ended up waiting on & receiving has imperfections, does not match the factory glass stenciling color & pattern, and is sticking out too far. I made an appointment through the 800# for a cracked windshield for $60. I was informed that as long as the crack was less than the length of a dollar bill it could be fixed so we scheduled for a tech to come out. The tech was a no call no show, so I called back and was told I would get callback with an eta that never happened . So I called the local number and explained everything and they said that they don't do house calls for repairs and that I needed to come in and they would give me $40 off making it $60 for the inconvenience, now the price is $100 reduced to $60, mmm. So I come in for the appointment and the technician looks at the crac and says they can't fix anything over the size of a quarter. I told him about the dollar size and he says there is no way you were told that. So now I'm a liar. I will be getting a new windshield but not with Auto Glass Now read more

I was able to get my window fixed quickly but 10 minutes after the guy left, I was checking out everything to make sure everything still works and I noticed that now my passenger door won't open from the inside. I immediately called the technician back and not only did they not answer but my calls were sent to voicemail purposely. This is a huge headache for me anytime you are doing work for someone you should atleast check to make sure you put things back in order. I had my windshield replaced and immediately noticed that my rear view mirror that is attached to my windshield was not illuminated. Upon further inspection, I realized that the wire was cleanly cut from the rear of the mirror. Two additional notations are that the VIN doesn't align with rectangle, and is only partially visible. And there was glass and rubber riddled across my dashboard. I talked to the manager who advised me that he would have a technician correct the windshield that was improperly seated, and the district manager would call me within 2 days to discuss and mitigate the issue with the electrical cord. The technician never showed up, the manager won't respond to any of my messages, and the district manager never contacted me. read more

Absolutely terrible. The seals on top and bottom of the windshield weren't installed correctly, leaving gaps and smears, and both side trim pieces fell off the windshield shortly after install. It was cheaper than Safelite, but the quality really showed. Please, just go somewhere else. If there is an issue with the service you receive, it will take a very long time to get resolved. I'm reaching the 1 year mark and I've been given the runaround so many times and had so many emails and phone calls ignored. I picked up my vehicle after hours and a piece of the door panel was sitting in the middle of my vehicle. I reached out to the autoglass email, and I was told to bring my vehicle back and they'd take care of it. I brought it back, and they determined that whatever clips held that piece in place must've been lost during the installation. Their solution was to use a sticky-tac material to stick the piece back on. I asked them to order the replacement parts, and they said they would. I've reached out multiple times for the status of the parts that were supposedly ordered, but I keep getting told there's shipping delays. Here we are a year later, and the parts, to my knowledge, have never arrived. After the first few months of getting nowhere with the parts, I just tried to get a refund. The Regional Director, Jim Schilkoski, said that a refund check would be sent to me. I followed up with him many times on this issue over the course of several months and he would rarely respond. The last I heard in July, a check had been supposedly sent in April but was returned to sender. I did move places, but I still lived at the same address until July, so that would not have been the issue. I sent him my new address and he said he reach out to get a new check sent. It's been over a month and, again, my follow-up has gone unanswered. It seems a lot of people have had similar experiences with customer service at AutoGlass Now. The "writeus" customer service email did respond sometimes, but very slowly and only after multiple follow ups. I ultimately submitted a BetterBusinessBureau complaint, but that still hasn't lead to any resolution yet either. All in all, it's not worth it. Even just speaking on the service itself, they didn't take the time to vacuum out the broken glass inside my door so now I hear an annoying rattle whenever I close it. Poor customer service, poor technical service, just not a great experience all around. read more

UPDATE: after this review, I met with Hyundai and they informed me the damage done during the windshield replacement is going to cost me $1,800. I shared this information with the customer service agent and the district manager I had been speaking with and neither of them have had any contact with me in almost 2 weeks. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE. I'm now out about $2,500 between gas/travel and repairs... not to mention the time I've spent. Original: Short version: don't bring newer cars with lane keep, auto high beam, forward collision, etc. here. They will not be able to balance and you'll have to pay for someone else to do it. After using various Auto Glass Now locations in the past, I saw no issue with choosing them again to repair my windshield. I visited this location as I was visiting the St Louis area and needed to get this repair done before driving elsewhere out of town. Upon arrival I was quoted 1.5-4 hours repair time and sent of the the waiting room, which was a dirty room with 3 chairs and a TV that I'm unsure worked. The repair was done swiftly and there appeared to be no issue with the glass. However, my service was never completely led. When scheduling the appointment, I was asked about any sensors (forward collision/lane keep/etc.), so I assumed those would be reset with the replacement. After paying and getting into my car, dash lights and notifications were on for all of my sensors. I drive a 2022 Hyundai that was purchased mid-March and has had no dash notifications prior to turning over my keys to the technicians at Auto Glass Now in Bridgetown. Before even leaving the location, I went back inside and expressed my concern. Todd, who introduced himself as the manager, came out to look then grabbed the stores tablet system to check my update. I was informed the update was done, but they were locked out of the Hyundai system and would be able to properly balance my sensors on Tuesday and to come by any time on Tuesday and ask for him, Todd, to have it fixed. My schedule did not align with shop hours on Tuesday, so I wasn't able to come into the store. On Wednesday morning, I returned for the second time. Todd was not in, but his office staff contacted him and he informed us the Hyundai system was still not updated and he was unable to complete the update. This was not communicated to me at all. Todd tried to remedy the situation by finding around store, but was able to locate one. He told me the system update would happen Wednesday night and to return on Thursday. Thursday morning I called the store prior to driving the 40 minutes to confirm the update had happened. The office person I spoke placed me on hold to talk to Todd, then informed me Todd said to come after 1pm while the district manager was present to ensure I would not leave the location without my sensors corrected. I arrived at approximately 1:30, handed over my keys, and returned to the waiting room. After about an hour, Todd found me and informed me he could not balance the sensors and his diagnostic report showed I had faulty sensors. He said "this happens on new cars sometimes, you just need to take it into a Hyundai dealer and they should replace it under warranty." I would like to reiterate that my car was 4 months old and showed no errors and dash lights prior to auto glass now touching it. Reluctantly, I scheduled an appointment with a Hyundai dealer. Upon their special, Hyundai-trained dealers running a full disgnosic report, they informed me that the front camera, used for each of the sensors, was no longer working and was most likely damaged during the windshield replacement. I was not provided the service I paid for and now I will have to pay for further services and parts through Hyundai and drive a brand new car with dash likes on for over a month due to the poor service I was provided here. Auto Glass Now did about $2300 dollars of damage to my vehicle replacing the back glass. Todd (who is the manager / possibly franchise owner?) was very friendly about it and promised to make it right. That was about half a year ago, and after being told time and time again that parts are on back order, I can only assume I'm being blown off and that there's no honest attempt to rectify an absolute hack job. We're talking about a body panel improperly removed and replaced that blew off on the highway, parts re-applied with cheap two-sided tape that lost adhesion within days, interior panels improperly re-installed, the rear wiper broken off, and the rear defrost doesn't work. This is going to have to move to small claims, which I really didn't want it to come to. I'd avoid at all cost - pay more elsewhere. read more

I went to Auto Glass Now for a windshield replacement last week. I had an appointment, dropped my vehicle off at appt. time and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. They didn't end up starting on my vehicle until an hour and a half later, so I had to wait there a lot longer than expected. All in all, the windshield looks great and the customer service was awesome. Horrible customer service! My car window was broken into Called a few places and went with auto glass now because they could get me in next day. I made an appointment and they told me on the phone it would take around 45 min. Got there at 11:45 they asked if I was waiting. I said yes they said it would take about 45min. She told Me "no it's an hour to an hour and 1/2, And told me to just wait outside in my car and they would come and get me when they were ready. At 12:30 I asked how much longer and she said there was one person in front of me so probably another half an hourp. At 1 o'clock I again went in to ask how much longer and the girl said it looks like he's finishing up so probably another 15 minutes or so. When I asked her to ask the mechanic how much longer it would be she rolled her eyes and told me she was busy working. I asked why she couldn't just open the door and ask him how much longer it would be and she replied that there are first come first serve company. ( so why did I make an appointment?) I requested a quote online and they gave me a quote that was 100 less then anywhere else. I was hesitant to go due to the Yelp reviews. After my online quote they followed up with a personal phone call and left a message. I schedule to drop off my van the night before due to my van needing a longer service time because of needing a special calibration (based on my vin number). The staff was super friendly and took care of me right away when dropping off my vehicle. I received a phone call the next day telling me my van was ready for pick up. When I went in to pick up my van I was shocked to find my bill was almost $300 LESS than what I was quoted. It turned out that my car did not need the special calibration. I was very impressed by the integrity of this company. They could have easily charged me for the calibration and I would have been none the wiser because every quote I got was more expensive than their original quote. On top of their integrity they did an excellent job installing my new windshield. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone who needs a window or windshield replaced. read more

I had my windshield replaced in October 2021 at your St. Louis office in Bridgeton Missouri. During the process they drip the glue on the console of my truck and the manager of the store, Todd, strung me along for nine months telling me that he had ordered the part. I went ahead and took it into the dealer and got the damages fixed. It cost me $560. Todd referred me to Jim, the district manager, and he has stopped responding to any of my emails. This has been going on for a year and a half. All I want is to be reimbursed for the damages. read more

Had the windshield replaced six months ago on the company vehicle the rearview mirror became detached during a hot summer day bringing all the sealant and a chunk of glass out with it; then forming a crack across the entire windshield. I called to see about bringing it in and having it looked at, Receptionist was rude sure had me on hold for close to 10 minutes and she finally got on the phone let me back on hall came right back and said don't even bring it in because it was our fault because we must have yanked the mirror off that's the only way that could happen and that is not covered by their warranty. We had set up an onsite appointment to have one of our company vehicle's windshields replaced. The person on the phone couldn't give me a specific window of when the tech would arrive but said that I could call in the day of the appointment to see where we were on the route if needed. I reached out towards the end of the day because the tech still hadn't arrived, and found out that our appointment was somehow scheduled in the shop. This was a complete contradiction to everything discussed on my original phone call. No attempt was made to make this right, we were just given the option to get at the end of the line and wait two more weeks to get our vehicle back in service. The lady also mentioned several times that they have a lot of staffing issues so my takeaway is that they have just as much trouble keeping employees as they do appointments. I have an FJ Cruiser brought it in to Auto Glass Now, which was a recommendation from CONNECT GLASS. My experience: I wait for my car, when returned glass was left inside and had not been vacuumed and tech could not drive a stick, brought my vehicle around revving the engine and coasting it around front as I watched in disbelief. Told them to remove the glass and the tech removed it with a rag, flipping it out of the car, of course I am in disbelief. I leave. Two days later I am on the highway, an object hits my car once I arrive to my destination I realize the object came off of the body oh my car, two panels under the windshield, one on the passenger and drivers side, on holds the antennae, this one is loose the other flew off, I notice the black strip that runs along the bottom of the windshield has lifted on both ends, I call my insurance company and they tow to Auto Glass Now, as my car was unsafe to drive, Auto glass took no responsibility but attempted to repair the strip, the photos I had taken I showed to a Toyota mechanic and they confirmed that this company was indeed responsible. Management was rude and would not take responsibility for the missing piece. I go back to pick up my car the second time, again two days later the trim that runs along the top of my windshield ( another part of the body of my car ) flies off my car fits my car and I ran over it, however at the time I was not aware that it came off my vehicle until I had stopped. These incidents could have done damage or caused and accident, thankful no one was hurt. This company also left screws under the hood missing and did not replace as well as the silver cap that holds my antennae in place, along with chipped paint, dents around the frame with an unstable windshield. I have had multiple people along with images and we are all in shock!! They neglected to replace what they removed. The absolute worst body work I have ever seen, this was a windshield! Rude people and horrible customer service. As a result I now have Toyota working on all repairs, twice now with a rental I am confident that they will do an amazing job.
