Called Morrison Corp to have 3 small areas repaired on my car. I sent very accurate photos to them…read moreand was given a decent price so I agreed for them to come fix my volvo. When they showed up they saw my home and almost doubled the price. Total scam. After assuring me my Volvo would look perfect and "no one would be able to tell I had work done" I allowed them to proceed. I left my car in the driveway and the mobile guy came out. After 2 hours they sent me photos ( very low quality photos) telling me it looked perfect and they wanted payment. I asked for extra photos because his pics were so grainy. He said those are the best photos his technician can offer. I went ahead and paid him. When I got home and I could see for myself, I saw the VERY shoddy work. I asked for a refund, they refused and ignored me. When I asked for someone to come remove the paint drips and redo the work they scheduled 2 appointments and were NO SHOWS for both appointments. So they refuse to fix the damage and also refuse to refund my money. Stay FAR AWAY from this company!! They are shady and do horrible work. I'm going to report them to multiple agencies so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Asked the guy and he told me it was like that. He said dealers hide scratches and after detailing they show. I understand that but the problem is that i own my vehicle for 5 years now and is not the first time to get it detailed. Showed my hood to a few other detail places and they all told me that it was the chemical, machine or something Dr Detail did wrong. My inquiry was sent to 5 other companies and I went with Drip Clean because of their professional, fast response to my inquiry, ability to come to my home and their competitive pricing. They arrived at 9am this morning and are now just finishing up at 1:30pm! They did an incredibly thorough job- more than I could have ever done myself, to help me prepare to cart around my newborn during COVID times. They brought everything they needed to clean my car- just used my external power outlet and water supply (but they have a generator and I think they can even bring the water if needed). They are extremely experienced and just all around nice people. I will go with them again in the future if I need to have a car detailed.

Today, my Jeep decided to shut off when I was going 75 mph down the interstate in Ocala. There was a Jeep dealership nearby so I went there first. They said because I didn't have an appointment it would be five hours before they could help me. No thank you. I carefully made my way to Ace's. They were busy, but, despite that, they looked at my Jeep as soon as I got there. They quickly diagnosed it and are working on it now. As always, the staff there are friendly and helpful.
