He towed it, charged me $100 when all the other going rates are between $50-$60, and kept my car for 3 MONTHS. I would have been fine if he had told me he couldn't fix my car, but he oversold himself. The person whose fault it was paid for 1 month of a rental car (when the repairs were estimated to take 2 weeks). I told him he needed to pay for the rest of the rental, but he refused. On top of that, every time I called, it was a different problem (paint color, door, window) and he always said next week. It took my DAD having to come up to get him to give me the car back. He offered to SPLIT THE REBATE with me for the door and to compensate gave me a free car wash for "all the trouble." When it was all said it done. He re-wired my window wrong so it doesn't roll down for a solid minute when you press the button, and you can see paint streaks in a different color on the side he redid. DONT USE THIS MAN. He's a crook who screws over college students and doesn't know a damn thing about customer service

We were lucky enough to discover them after an unfortunate smash-n-grab on my car, and each time, Ethan and the rest of the staff have been amazing. They are committed to doing quality work. Any time I have an issue that their shop could work on, I go to them first. They did decal repair for us and they put in extra time to find a really supplier that wouldn't gouge us. Dodge wanted like 4x the price. After the install, the even threw in some extra work for free on the paint around the decals, which looks amazing. At some point I'll have them do the rest of the car so it all gleams. Ethan even stayed after 5 on Friday, pro-bono, one time to check my friend's tires. How many auto shops do you know that would do that! I tried to tip him for it but he insisted it was just how they do business. A+ service shop. My only advice would be, they can get busy, so you may have to follow up a couple times to get a slot. It's worth it!!
