This place is a preferred provider for state farm and that meant there was an extra warranty that went with the windshield and also just a very easy communication between the two. The worker on the phone was super nice and helpful and got me set up within a few days for a home visit appointment. The technician called when they were close to my property replaced and recalibrated my windshield. The whole time they communicated what they were doing and were fairly quick with it all. One thing to keep in mind, which I didn't even think about, is if you have tinted windows they do not provide tinting. So if that's something that you need, either do that as a separate part of your claim if using insurance, or find a spot that does both if on a time crunch. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were wonderful to work with though.

I pulled over and immediately began looking for estimates to repair it. The estimates were CRAZY. Anywhere from $100-130 and they weren't willing to see me for days. I called first class and spoke to CHRIS. He was kind, empathetic, and understood my frustration. He mentioned they were also busy all day but when I was available, I could call to see if he could fit me in. I did in the next hour or so and he said he could find time and to come through. I arrived and left my car with the OTHER Chris who works there. He was also super nice and such a pro. I went in and met the original Chris I was chatting with and again, super cool. Then I get lied to by their "manager" saying they stop making that model. Which sounded funny to me because two months prior. I bought one tire from Walmart, but I waited, checked his answer and it was bald faced lie. The next day I was out doing some errands in the morning and when I came back to park, one of the other residents informed me, I had something to hang out the back of my car I looked and the diffuser was 3/4 away off hanging down which I ended up having to snap it off and put it in the trunk because it was attached to the light for the license plate so I went back Monday told him about it and told them hey I would even be a willing to overlook the tires if you just fix this, so the guy tells me he's going to speak to the manager manager never comes out and then he continues to say that I probably hit something or but why on me said that they never touched that when they repaired it which on the paperwork, it specifically said, drop the bumper rear bumper cover, and the diffuser snapped into that so again another lie, they never fixed either problem or even attempted to fix the problem. They are a shady janky place in my opinion. So in the end due to their dishonesty and trying to cut curves and make a buck which they did, I was stuck with three different tires three different brand and a rear diffuser never got fixed, but that's OK because I'm gonna take care of it in court and allow my lawyer to handle it. I should've known from the beginning. I was feeling with travelers insurance, which should've been a red flag, but I figured easy easy thing to do no problem man I make a mistake by going to their recommended facility. I should've chosen one myself researching and chosen a good reliable company so just a fair warning you're gonna be lied to a manipulated and laughed at behind your back. These people are just dirtbags. Theydon't know what they're doing, correction they do know what they're doing. They're underhanded and ripping people off just as they ripped me off, but I'll get that money back. Stay away from them, get somebody who is more professional who's honest & stands behind their word.
